Baker Distributing is a great HVAC supplier. We have been working with them for years. They are always very helpful. It is difficult to find a good supplier these days, but these guys are experienced and know what they are doing. Special shot out to Daniel and Robert, these guys are pros.

Horrible, Daniel answered the phone and started questioning my credentials as a licensed contractor. He should have been behind the counter because he did not even know what a C 38 license was mechanical. This is a good way to lose business having Daniel behind the counter. Baker will not get our business..

This Baker Distributing branch in Santa Ana is more incompetent and cheats more aggressively than any other HVAC house Ive experienced. All of the HVAC warehouses have problems, but this branch treats its customers as if they prefer they not return.
