The owners of this store are some of the nicest people I have ever met. I refuse to go to any other location because of them.I just started a new business & they were beyond helpful when it came time to start shipping out my products. I highly recommend this location!!

I have never had such rude staff as this store this morning. Lets frame this conversation by remembering this is a UPS store, as in packaging and shipping. I went in this morning and was greeted by what cha want. Next time try Good Morning, how can I help. I explained I needed to ship back an item. I was curtly informed I would need to package it myself. At a UPS store. They dont have boxes and packing material?

Damaged packakage! Sent item back in original package to amazon. Ups representative trying charge for another box. It was not needed, so they damaged the package. Horrible service would never ship from that location again!

Absolutely love my experience every time I go to this location. The staff is always friendly and happy to assist you! I wouldnt go anywhere else for my shipping/packing and business needs. Thank you for showing Sanford how customer service can be done right! My business is better because of you!

This place is supposed to be a Amazon return .. I tried to drop off my return and they told me it requires more packaging... The point of picking the drop off location is they have to package it...and put the lable in.. and return it... Two attemps and no luck... They wouldnt take it ... Huge waste of time... Customer service was horrible... I asked for a supervisor... And the gentleman that I was dealing with let me know he was the manager.... Need less to say I will never go there again .. nor will recommend anyone go there ever... There reviews are horrible

Do not use this UPS store. I paid for a year to use their PO Box service. They would not refund my money after I could not get my Mens Ministry Location noted on google maps because of a Google Map glitch. They would not even prorate it for the month I used and refund the difference. Dont waste your time and money dealing with these narcissists. BEWARE ! READ!! This place is the biggest rip off. Box that weighs 2.3 lbs cost me $25 for ground, I have had tracking numbers not even register and when you go to call their phone says “wireless customer is unavailable” this almost did damage to my purse business because I looked fraudulent as though I was not sending my merchandise !!!!!!! Also the photo on google is not even their own store photo! 🧐🤔🤔

If you’re going to say you’re open until 4pm on Saturday’s then you best be open until 4pm on Saturday.I drove all the way over here. Got here at 3:48pm and y’all are closed.While i was standing there 2 other customers showed up also believing you were open until 4pm.

Price charged for my small flat rate usps box was $10 more than the price posted by usps online. Do not ship from here. Take it straight to the actual post office or you’ll pay a huge surcharge.

No wonder it has such bad reviews. They dont disclose that they are charging $ 3 for a paper envelop when the box is small. The man works there has a bad attitude. Somebody needs to open another ups store nearly.

Melanie was incredibly kind and patient from the moment I was next in line. She was quick to assist in providing various price options and information for shipment. Making shipping easy and a lot less stressful! Highly recommend this UPS store!Things to keep in mind when dropping off Items/Packages.Regarding charges for shipping materials..This is for their service of packaging the item and providing customer assistance, by ensuring the items security during shipment. A great addition to using UPS, especially when in a hurry. They take great care in handling items when weighing to prevent damage.

The employees have masks on the counter and when you walk in they put the masks on. This defeats the purpose. I wear a mask all day at work. Its not enjoyable but is necessary. Please require your employees to have masks on at all times.

I had several issues with my amazon returns- the blonde lady was SO HELPFUL - beyond helpful honestly - she deserves an 11 out of 10!!! She could’ve dismissed me and had me deal with amazon but she helped me in every way she could. I am very grateful for her taking the time to make everything go smoothly and get shipped. She was an angel 👼 THANKU :)

I dont write a lot of reviews, but I have to balance things. The employees in this store are always helpful and courteous to me. I hear them patiently explaining things to other customers. Ive been in dozens of times and have never seen them be rude.Note to person wanting notary: they are SUPPOSED to see you sign. Thats what they do - witness a signature. Its rude to ask them to bend the rules because you are an honest person. Be a nice person!Note to person mad about pickup: The employees at this store dont pick stuff up at your house. Thats the guy in the truck.Some people just expect things to be free or cheap. If you wait until the last minute to mail a heavy birthday present, please plan ahead next year. Or buy from Amazon - they will ship it for you and include a note.Heres another helpful hint: Look up the price online before you go. Its easy and you wont blow your stack at the store employees. Overnight is expensive, and this location doesnt set prices. Please dont get mad at them!

I have been using this UPS store for over 2 years now and am very happy with the services. I get a text when a UPS/ FedEx arrives which is helpful to me. There’s a bell the moment the door swings open, it’s hard to miss. the rep behind the counter was clearly not determined to look up and make eye contact with me and was deeply engrossed in a conversation on the phone with a customer who she was desperately trying to convince she couldn’t help. i was also the only customer in the store.i’ve been in business where employees are EXPECTED to make eye contact, multi-task and acknowledge customers. the person on shift today at noon time wasn’t paying attention during orientation. find a replacement for her please.

I went in one time early saturday morning, I walked in and said Good morning and the older man whos the store manager says How may I help you So he helps me with my package, with no enthusiasm, just extremely serious. Once I was done filling out the address label, I look at him and he looks at me and says What?! Without a doubt, the poorest customer service Ive ever experienced. Horrible.

I called them 7/11/20 at 10:15AM, I needed a letter to a family member written in my language to be notarized. I checked the law and it states that they ONLY notarizing that my signature is authentic. State laws do not expressly prohibit the notary from notarizing a document that is not in English. The letter can be in any language, it does not matter. The person answered the phone refused to offer the service to me and stated that the owner by the name of ESHA instructed him to refuse notarizing anything in a foreign language. That office used to have a 1 star reviews in the past, I am sorry I have to give you another 1 star review. Not a good job this time.

We shipped a package with this store on a Saturday to a place that does not get delivery by USPS. We were told by the clerk that it would not go out until Monday because their packages had already been sent out for that day. This was no problem since the package was not needed by the business until Friday. During our time at the store, we had a long discussion with the clerk about how we normally use the Postal Service to mail our packages but this place was a very small town and the Postal Service did not deliver to this particular business. He rang up our purchase and we left. We thought everything was fine. On Thursday, the business we shipped to called and said the package had not arrived yet and UPS had already delivered for that day. I looked all over my receipt for a tracking number and could not find one. I called the store and, after many lengthy explanations, was told that the package was send ground with the United States Postal Service. How could this happen!?! I specifically went to the UPS Store because my recipient did not receive mail from USPS and we had a lengthy discussion with the clerk about that when we were there. I was eventually put in contact with the clerk that helped us and he told me I know you dont want to hear this but I would not just choose a shipping method for a customer. I shipped it that way because you told me to. I told him thank you for not helping me and hung up. What I wanted to hear from him was sorry we didnt meet your expectations, we will correct this situation any way possible. No such luck. Luckily, I was able to contact the post office in the small town and they were very helpful in locating my package. I will never ship from this UPS store again and am unlikely to use UPS at all in the future. I will stick with my trusty USPS or maybe give FedEx a try as they were very nice when I was looking for an alternative to send my package again before it was located.

Worst experience ever! Owner/Operator Vic is most definitely in the wrong business. We went in today to have some papers notarized and the man is beyond rude! We were signing papers for a house closing and he told us that he really does not have the time to stand there while we signed and we were paying him. Arrogant, rude and just a jerk! Will never go back in there again!

On December 12, 2016 I dropped off my package (large box) with a preprinted return label, but the package was never received/scanned by the UPS driver (meaning it was never given to the driver????). The UPS Store has no surveillance camera(s) to verify that I dropped off the package. The UPS Store and UPS has a HORRIBLE tracking system.I would not recommend using The UPS Store on FL-46 in Sanford.

While back I had a terrible interaction with the owner and vowed not to return...but alas its right by my house and with Amazon using UPS a lot it is almost necessary. Each visit with minor, minor exception is the same..unfriendly, bordering on rude, not helpful or accommodating. Im assuming he retired from another industry like a factory or something and decided hey..why not open a UPS franchise. Even the post office is nicer/more helpful by a LOT.UPDATE 12/11/2017 NEW OWNER: Another 0 star experience! Our niece mistakenly sent us a gift for Christmas, addressed there (return address from a previous package) vs. our home. Went missing. She finally told us what she did, my wife called the store. Oh no, we dont accept packages like that especially if it was shipped Fedex. My wife goes home and lo and behold it was accepted and signed for. Now the fun starts. Wheres our package? No clue. Never made any effort to simply call us (were in the system there) and they had no idea what they did with it. Not their problem they tell us since it was shipped wrong. Thanks. So customer-welcoming. So after major sleuthing we find it in Longwood at Fedex since these guys returned it evidently. Asked for the owner to call. Nothing. Good bye, UPS store (again but for real this time) Hate doing it but another 1 star review.

Very horrible service. I went there to ship stuff to my daughter for her 3rd birthday, everything together weighed maybe 20-30 lbs, however it was sorta bulky because I was gonna ship a few boxes of diapers as well all in one box. They tried to charge me $87 for shipping which was the cheapest option, then when he went to ring it up tried to charge me an additional $10 for the box! I told no, that I would use my own box, then as I was taking my items out of their box, their box got a small tear in the corner, the guy pointed it out and tried to get me to still pay for his box! Also they were walking around talking in a foreign language, it made me feel awkward, as they were pointing at my box and talking about my stuff, it just made me feel weird. I told them to forget it, that I would go somewhere else to have my stuff shipped, and since its saturday, and I wont be able to ship anything out anywhere else until monday, my daughter will not receive her birthday presents before her birthday. This was a truly horrible experience. I felt as if they were trying to take advantage of me because they knew I was trying to get my daughters stuff to her before her birthday, as I told them that was my wish. I will NEVER go to lthis place ever again, or any other UPS Store. Shame on you guys! After reading some other reviews, I noticed that I am not the only disgruntled customer, and as a matter of fact the only good review that they have is a fake one. !!! lol this store is pathetic! If I was UPS, I would yank this franchise off the market!

THE WORST STAFF EVER!!!!!!!!!! IM HERE RIGHT NOW GETTING A NOTARY DONE FOR MY SON TO GO ON A TRIP WITH MY SISTER AND WAS REJECTED BECAUSE IT WAS SIGNED BY MY HUSBAND BEFORE WE ARRIVED AND ACCEPTED THAT BUT AFTER REPRINTING A PAGE TO NOTARIZE (WHICH IS EXTRA TO USE THE COMPUTER AND PRINT) THEY WOULDNT LET MY HUSBAND SIGN IT ALONE ($10) THEY SAID WE BOTH HAD TO SIGN (AN ADDITIONAL PERSON IS $5) BUT I DIDNT UNDERSTAND WHY, BECAUSE AT FAIRWINDS SEPERATE SIGNATURES WAS MADE AVAILABLE TO US BECAUSE HES NOT A MEMEBER. THEY GAVE US AN ULTIMATUM OF BOTH US SIGNING OR NO NOTARY WOULD TAKE PLACE!!!!!!!! THEY FAILED TO MENTION THAT BEFORE I PRINTED OUT THE PAGE.... SO RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! THEY WERE RUDE AND OBNOXIOUS. The owner is beyond rude and will not help in any way to lift boxes. Doesnt even offer to hold door. Refuses to have a handtruck. He should not be allowed to be a UPS location, he does not live up to their high standards.
