Went in there for a Genesis G80, the model we wanted was sold so we walked out. Got a call the next day saying that the car was available but it has 850 Miles on it, they said that they will give us a discount on the car. Got 5 calls over 3 days about the car saying that they will work with us on the price(while never mentioning the mark up), so we ended up going in there. When we got there, they marked up the vehicle $7000 and then said that we will take that $7000 mark up off and sell it at MSRP with almost a 1000 miles on the car. Worst experience to this date buying a car. Hopefully they dont fool other customers like that.

Ive only worked with the services department but they were nothing short of awesome. They were helpful and quick and efficient. Showed me personally all issues and how they were going to proceed. Nothing bad to say about these guys.

GREAT PEOPLE GREAT SERVICE

Sanford, Fl Location: Been here twice and each time the customer service was atrocious. The first time going, we ended up knowing more than the person that helped us. The second time both the staff member and manager was rude and not customer friendly. I can honestly buy any car there if I wanted but as if we were uneducated about the facts and that we couldn’t afford it. Taking my money to Toyota and getting a car there. Toyota’s customer service is always amazing!

I havent been inside yet but I spoke with Kimberly on service and she was super friendly and quick to answer the inquiries I had on my vehicle. Way better service than hyundai orlando . hyundai orlando should learn about this dealership in regards to customer service.
