Me and my husband had a great experience with Greg. He and my husband spoke on the phone briefly they set up a time to meet. We pulled onto to the lot to find that Greg had 2 cars ready for us to test drive. Greg answered all of our questions on both cars and eased our concerns we had about maintenance and finance options. I was really impressed that Greg came to his office on a holiday to show us cars without knowing that we would actually buy one from him. We made our choice, singed the paperwork and Greg delivered (yea...DELIVERED) our car to us the next day...freshly washed and deodorized. Were happy, car runs great! Well definitely be doing business with him again.

I had a great experience with Mr. Greg. I talked to him on two occasions and on neither of those occasions did he make me feel uncomfortable about my race. He helped me get a great deal on a car that I love. With very nice perks to go along with my deal. I had a great experience with Greg, the salesman. When I first arrived at 2nd Chance Auto, Greg immediately noticed that I was ignorant as far as car-buying goes. Rather that abusing that ignorance, he sat my fiancé and I down and taught us for hours about practical life choices and purchasing. I’m thankful for that. Besides that, he sold me a great working car and went the extra mile to get me the car I wanted for a good price. I’ve had the car for 3 months now and haven’t had any problems.

Greg, is a great help and when the sign says no one will sell for less that is for sure. Bought a nice car for my son paid cash so got a great deal. Now the bad good story. Went by just to look at what was available. Very rude and raciest, didn’t want to help me nor wanted me on the property. Please think twice especially a person of color before doing business. I just thank God I have a paid for car.

Very rude wouldn’t show us any cars told me I couldn’t afford cars on his lot even though he never asked how much I had to put down. Also have read reviews that state his racist so it all makes sense now

I give a 1 because 0 isnt an option. Just spoke to someone there on 8/23/2019. After explaining my situation regarding credit, he just says there isnt anything he can do. Will never reccomend these people to ANYONE!

Would not even rate this business. Greg is very rude and condescending. He constantly emphasized how long he has been in business while gathering information from me and when I told him I did not understand the information being given to me he goes “oh I’m sure you don’t”...conversation became rude and short upon discussing financing options. The car is cheap and I very well could have made the purchase entirely but absolutely would not buy from here and I did not have an opportunity to ask questions beyond financing. Really tells you who you’re working with. 😊

This dealership is all over Facebook groups for being racist. So many horrible stories of Greg being terrible to others based on their race.

He promised and signed that he would fix several issues on the car. Never did it. I called back to ask him if he was gonna fix the problems he was RUDE and kept me running around to the places where they were supposedly going to fix the problems. The car also gave me LOTS OF PROBLEMS. I had to put SO MUCH money into that car to keep it running. That was the first and DEFINITELY the LAST car I get there.

Worst place ever to buy a car from he will not tell you about car being in previous wrecks and most of his cars only last a few months. Whatever you do do not trust Gregg Scott

Guy on the phone was very rude. He spoke down to me because I, am young and I dont know what Im doing even though I just was calling with some questions. I would not purchase from them just due to the fact that they do not care about customer experience, just that their cars get sold.
