Took time to look for sale items only to be charged regular prices and ended up having to go to customer service after alerting the cashier to two items and still had two other items wrong. Stood at CS register while a worker went to verify all the prices only to find out sale prices had not been updated properly. I was assured prices would be honored- how do you honor my TIME ; I had already done the work looking for the proper sales and products

THIS LOWES FOOD STORE HAS ALWAYS BEEN CLEAN AND WELL STOCKED. I ESPECIALLY LIKE THEIR PRODUCE AND MEAT SECTIONS.

Good food I guess and clean store. But I felt so uncomfortable and out of place working here. I met a couple good people and I do mean 2 or less I would not recommend this place as a job. Unless you know someone. I applied to work at the gas station and they threw me on the register. I see why they dont have help and I see why people are getting the hell up outa there kira in the cash office is overworked because she is always cranky yall give her a break.

Everyone in the place practices the best customer service skills Ive seen anywhere. They seem genuinely pleased to help you with your questions and always wants to walk you to the isle where you were looking for a product. Super people, quality foods to select from.

I love that Lowes Food has hard to find items that just arent carried in the other local grocery stores (including Walmart). They have the best selection of fresh produce in Sanford. They have a very broad selection of beer and wine as well.

The store is clean; has so many items/products, services, unique choices available; and the staff is almost always pleasant and helpful.

Best kept secret of Sanford NC! Fresh, reasonably priced food excellent variety. Store is clean well lit, with a great lay out. Employees are helpful and friendly. They will have all my business from now on.

I really enjoy Lowes for having more products that are gluten free. Your produce ,deli and bakery are also great.

The cashier and bagger were standing there BSing when we walked up to check out, but were closedThats OK, you wasted a personalized Bday cake.

Bought some fried chicken from the deli it was fresh and hot. I recommend if you want take out chicken try Lowes deli its delicious.

I stopped in yesterday to pick up a few last minute things for my wifes birthday. The store was clean, organized, & I received quick assistance at the bakery. I was able to locate everything I needed & after purchasing the items I asked if the balloons could be inflated. An employee named Jordan was called & she let me know she would be happy to help. Jordan took care of the balloons but what struck me the most was not just her work ethic but her personalism. She was very friendly & ensured she made conversation with me while she completed the job. This is something not very common anymore & it’s something Lowes should really be proud of. I have always taught those In my field that you can be great at the job but ultimately its the personalism that will make or lose a customer. Give Jordan a raise Lowes, shes an asset!

They have unique items that you cant find in other grocery stores

Overall, I like how the store has higher quality items that you cant find at places like the competing Food Lion. However you have to watch the pricing carefully because many of the same items that other stores carry, such as Old Croc Cheese are marked up several dollars higher than the competition. They had a display of crackers in front of a cheese display. The price tags were faded and hard to read, but I could tell that they said $7.99 which I thought was absurd for a pack of ll crackers, especially with several of them being broken.However, my biggest complaint was that I tried stopping at the deli to get some sliced cheese and maybe some ham. There were a good four or so employees walking around and working the area counters, but apparently nobody working the deli. I stood there for five minutes and was ignored the whole time. Finally I walked away.Depending on where you are coming from in the area, the Lowes on 15/501 (Chatham County) offers a better doing experience.

We have to drive a little further to get to Lowes versus other groceries but it is well worth the small time investment to get better selection, service, and quality that we see everytime we visit. Well after other groceries have stopped wiping down carts, I see Lowes still wiping down carts and staging them, in fact I saw staff everywhere keeping the store clean. Plenty of aisles open, self checkouts, bakery had fresh pumpkin rolls, and I love being able to buy dairy in glass bottles. Well worth driving the extra mile for their extra mile of quality.

How is the clean store always has great produce prices are a little bit high but they usually have stuff you cant find anywhere else

Had to bag for myself YET AGAIN. I looked around me... LO and BEHOLD! TEENAGERS STANDING AROUND AND TALKING! Was going to complain, but those girls in charge arent any better. If anything, they were participating and encouraging the workers slacking off. Im assuming white shirts are the ones in charge, but they were just as CHILDISH! Standing around while customers bag for themselves. Youd think theyre be mature enough to make people WORK! This isnt play time. Its a WORKPLACE! What surprised me is how there are absolute NO ADULTS IN CHARGE! Later that night, I came back to find those same girls behind the desk. Store is made up of a bunch of immature teenagers. Those girls in management ARENT ANY BETTER! How this slips by the boss is beyond me. Keep an eye on your workers. It makes the store look bad almost like a Walmart! (I tried to attach images to my review, but I added them to Lowes Foods review page instead.)

30 minutes waiting on My food to go order. People pulled in 10 minutes after me and were gone before I got my order than get home no receipt and missing items

The deli and wine area of this store is wonderful! They also have a selection of local grown produce and organic, cruelty free, grass fed meats that are hard to find elsewhere.The staff has always been super friendly and helpful and the store is very clean.It doesnt have the cheapest prices on some items, but sometimes quality and cleanliness is whats nice.

That store is more for the high paying job people. Than the lower pay ones

If I could give this store a 0 star review, i would. This is a horrible place to shop and the managers and cashiers just seem unhappy. theRe was one older white lady (i Cannot remember her name) that was yelling at the cashiers across the store and said several cuss words. It was appalling. I have shopped at this Store for years, but I will not be going back after this. Disgusting management.

Lowe’s Food is the higher end grocery store in the area. It has a great selection of deli foods, meats, seafoods and ethic cuisine. The my offer several higher quality cuts of meat that are unavailable elsewhere.Their fruit and vegetable selection is the best in Sanford.The store is always well stocked and clean. Their staff is accommodating and helpful. The store is the cleanest and best organized in the area. Lowe’s food 100% offers the best grocery shopping experience in the area.The prices are slightly higher than other grocery stores, but are well within reason. The slightly higher pricers are well worth having simply a much better shopping experience.

If the selection of local, fresh produce doesnt encourage you to shop there, the beer section, bakery and friendly staff will. Always quick with a smile and an offer to help, the staff is second to none. Love having this as my go-to grocery store.

Staff is unfriendly, they bagged my bakery items sideways and didnt understand why I was complaining about my canolis creme all over the top of the box. They did remake them. The whole atmosphere of this store is negative. I guess it comes from the manager down to the employees. No one is happy. I dont like to shop here.

Excellent service and great prices

We needed to pick up some milk, breakfast cereal, and bananas. There was no difficulty in finding what we were looking for. The cashier at the register provided good customer service. It was a hassle free shopping experience. The Lowes Foods is conveniently located near our house, so we tend to shop here often. It is much closer and a much better shopping experience than going all the way to Wal-Mart, even if Wal-Mart might have a lot of things cheaper.

I ordered chicken tender plates, grape chicken salad croissants, and deli sandwiches for a baby shower for 8/16/19. The deli associates were awesome on the phone and in person! The food was amazing and was exactly what I ordered. This was the first time i have used the deli for an order like this however it will not be the last. Sorry this is so late but THANK YOU!!!!

We shop at Lowe’s foods in Sanford almost everyday, if not everyday, every week. We really love this grocery store. We have noticed some of the prices are a little higher and when doing self checkout, it takes a while to get assistance. Otherwise, they do have some great specials, their deli department is good. We really love our local Lowe’s foods.

I have been shopping here for the past month since I moved here and have always bought the fresh cut steaks out of the meat department. I spent over $50.00 on 3 N.Y strips today and the cut of the meat was so tuff you couldnt even chew it!! I am very disappointed in spending my hard earned money on something so terrible!! Im not sure that Ill shop here anymore especially for fresh cut meat!

Its a grocery store. They have a good deli and a great butcher counter, but if you go on Thursday, you can get a local draft beer to enjoy while you shop... For half price.Long live thirsty Thursday!

They do their very best to keep all products stocked, fresh, & clean. The employees are friendly & very helpful should u need help. They offer incredible discounts w/ their loyalty card that can save you money. Plus by using their loyalty card u can earn up to $.20 cents off each gallon of gas bought at their conveniently located gas station thats right there in the same parking lot

The store have all of your groceries need. Went to get me a veggie burger at a cheap price. The staff are awesome and the store is very clean.

Great store. Tons of great produce and and meat selection . The rotisserie chicken is excellent when you dont want to cook. A top notch bakery with ton of tasty treats. For your next celebration or event get one of their cakes. They are delicious and the cake decorating is excellent. Also you can grab a pint and enjoy it while you shop! No other store in town has that option. The only detractor is the prices are a bit higher than other stores in town. Be sure to check what is on sale for the current week.

The produce selection here is fantastic! Lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. Every time I have been in here, Ive had someone come up to me and offer help. They have fresh Angus meat which grills up delicious every time. The bakery here is the best around! Their cakes are my favorite store bought cakes.

I was so excited to try the deli out today but I was SO disappointed!!! The panini turkey and cheese sandwich was not good...it honestly had a stale flavor to it. I also got a vegetable plate and some of it had a very distinct plastic flavor in every side I got. Very very very gross! Only giving three stars and thats just being nice because the bakery is the best around. All around the store is pretty pricey as well.
