Be sure you have a date on your contract for completion with a penalty clause if they are late. MONEY talks with these guys. They want your money up front to start the job so how much will they knock off if they dont preform on there due dates. BIG contractors get the performance here because they have penalty clauses in there contracts that wiil cost them if they are late , to bad for you if you dont have the same .Beware of the smooth talk and smiles ,get other quotes , you have been warned.
