Spent my birthday exploring old San Juan and came across this place. The staff was very nice. I was offered samples so I could decide which flavor I wanted. I can’t remember what flavor of gelato I had it was vanilla and bananas in it. It tasted very similar to banana pudding honestly and I loved it. Great spot if you’re in old San Juan and want something sweet!

Me and my friends went here today after looking at property in old San Juan. We got the mimosa with peach gelato! It was so tasty. Never though of mixing gelato with champagne but it was an amazing combo. Be careful though because the gelato will make you drink it too fast 😂 overall had a great experience will definitely return! The best ice cream around. I had the Pumpkin Spice flavored ice cream. Creamy, delicious—omg, pure heaven!I will definitely stop there the next time I’m in Old San Juan.

The server practically stuck his bare finger in each flavor when telling us what each were. Then picked up the waffle in the cup with his bare hand. Hands were not washed between customers and who knows what he touched (cash, etc.) since the last time his hands were washed.

Very nice clean store, great variety of flavors and my opinion is base on the afogato with vegan chocolate. Really enjoyed the experience.

The gelato was ok, but the customer service was terrible, the skinny guy with a braid seemed to be annoyed to take our order, and had a bad attitude the whole time we were there, maybe he should get another job that doesn’t involve customer service.Would not return, and def wouldn’t recommend.

Amazing, unique flavors (especially the hazelnut chocolate and frangelica, which is hazelnut alcohol). The service is incredibly kind and patient, even when I was sampling well over my fair share of flavors. The chocolate tap is amazing and you have the option of dousing your gelato or cone in it for an extra fee.The shop itself if quite aesthetic and makes a great social media backdrop if you want to take pictures.

If it wasnt for poor customer service (we stood in the store for a few minutes while all the employees were in the back joking around with each other clearly visible through the glass window) this would almost be a good place. The establishment is nice but they have a very limited selection. I had an affogato which was delightful and not too expensive. But overall the gelato was good.

The Turtle Cheesecake ice cream was fabulous. The frangelico was great too. Ive been here a couple of times and the flavors never disapoint. They do have different ones every time which is part of their concept. The staff is very friendly and helpful with recommendations. This place is a must!

Small place. Decent selection of flavors. Tried the hazelnut, chocolate banana and Neapolitan. They were good.

The gelato was good but I was not impressed by the sub-par service. Practically threw my change in my face and sighed loudly for asking for extra napkins. It was rude and completely unnecessary in an attempt to get us to hurry us on to get out of there (Sorry we had a child with us, smh)

Loved the tiramisu.. otherwise.. other ice creams were average.. Pineapple really didnt taste like pineapple.. it was tasting wierd , and tangy... liked the popsicles though... overall a very average place for ice creams.. The interiors looked good, and we thought it will be much tastier than what we had :)

The gelato was great but what sets this place apart is the custom gelato-cookie sandwiches.The only complaint I have is that the gelato was a little melted, causing it to spill out the sides when I bit into the cookie. I will be back again before I leave Puerto Rico for one more of these!

Pretty common chocolate ice cream for $6+ two small scoops. Pretty disappointing. For the price was hoping for better tasting chocolate. On top of that tip and you have to eat it outside in the heat. Two of us almost $14 could have bought good ice cream at the supermarket for a month.

They have 2 vegan options and they are both nearly perfect! One chocolate + hazelnut and one passion fruit flavor. Wonderful flavors, and wonderful place. You must try them both!

Went twice to this place due to this gelato being so dam good ! Scoops are pretty huge and get a cone way better than the little bowl with a spoon. Place is not expansive. Leave a tip they do a great job ! Definitely will stop by again when visiting San Juan

Loved it! Especially since they give you the option to line the inside of the waffle cone with chocolate. The ice creams they offered were super creamy. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. My husband and I went twice in one weekend.

Awful service, we were 9 and ordered 5 ice creams and 4 coffees and it took about 15 minutes to get our order, with 2 things wrong. Additionally, they didnt have water to drink. Also, its called chocolato and didnt have chocolate ice cream. Besides that the ice creams were good

Incredible frozen goodies here and amazing service. I got an ice cream sandwich with hot fudge on top and hazelnuts while my wife got an affogato. We were both very pleased with our choices and highly recommend checking this place out!

When I visited Clocolato, I welcomed with smiles by the two friendly counter girls. They offered gelato samples and the different combinations of their menu. Their gelato offerings are exceptionally delicious and service is superb. Truly recommended.

You have to try the pistachio ice cream with coffee. Very delicious.The staff were a bit cold and unwelcoming, and the place smelled a bit weird, otherwise inwouldhave have it 5 stars.

Really delicious gelato (about 6 flavors), ice cream sandwiches, natural popsicles, and a nice chocolate fountain to drizzle on top of your cone. Nice find in Old San Juan.

The gelato was melted and the employee didnt tell you that the chocolate topping was extra, she just asked if you wanted it.

We waited 20 minutes for 1 dessert on ice. The chick was so slow it was amazing. And he started to tone up his phone. And we paid $ 4. The ice cream was not bad so it got 2 points.

The site is nice and the treatment of Alexis, Daisy and Carol is super good. The coffee is delicious and the Gelato know the beyond! I recommend it full.

The day I visited this site happened to celebrate its 2nd anniversary. The owner gave a presentation of the concept and his enthusiasm was contagious. He also recognized the work of his employees. The most important thing, gelado, is exquisite. Highly recommended. Its nice to come to places like that.
