These guys were great. I moved from a two story house and they were very careful getting heavy furniture down the stairs without damaging anything. I was very organized … until I wasn’t… they were so helpful helping me get the last items boxed. I highly recommend them.

Movers were friendly and very hard working. They did their best to make the move as smooth as possible. I had a combination office and home move with multiple pick up addresses and delivery addresses. Luigys personnel worked late into the night, without complaint, completing the move as quickly and professionally as possible.

I recently used Luigys Novato location to move and store until I find a new place. They were professional and friendly from the start. They send an agent to your home to review the items you are to move and provide an estimate. Then they check on you as moving day approaches to see if you need help packing and will provide assistance if needed.They took such amazing care of my furniture and wrapped each piece beautifully. You have options on which type of protection you would like on your furniture.They are professional, courteous and easy to work with. Moving can be overwhelming and they do their best to make it as easy as possible. they had 7 people show up on Moving day and it was a well orchestrated production. I highly recommend.

The Luigys team was amazing. The best experience that we had for moving. Moving during Covid is not easy at all. But the Luigys team made us feel safe and comfortable. We had a really smooth move. They arrived on the dot, they were really gentle with our furnitures but also very effective. We had to reschedule our moving date pretty last minutes, they were very responsive and helpful to rearrange the schedule for us. Theyve totally raised the bar for moving companies. I felt immediately confident that I was in good hands. Two movers and a huge truck showed up on time. They padded the doors and put down mats to protect the flooring at both locations. They worked quickly and HAPPILY, engaging in friendly conversation while hauling heavy furniture down and up flights of stairs. They were incredibly cautious about not damaging furniture/walls and followed my requests. I had moved most of the furniture myself before, and these guys made it look so easy that my memory of my struggles is embarrassing. I’d HIGHLY recommend them to everyone!!!!

Job well done! I hired Luigys for a complete (3 bedrooms) but local move several weeks ago.Frank was helping me with a not-to-exceed quote, then the guys showed up on time, were really fast with packing, then they finished unpacking early and it saved me a few hundred dollars (cant complain)!There were a couple scratches in one of our furniture and one of the walls, but nothing major. Also, they could not get the king size mattress up the stairway, so they had to go and lift it thru the back balcony, so they went out of their way to do that.All in all, Id hire them again and Id definitely recommend them.Thank you guys, and thanks for being modest in your pricing compared to your competitors.

The two gentlemen who moved my piano were on time and professional. It was a very heavy upright piano. I have hardwood floors the movers were careful not to scratch them.
