In addition to providing wonderful spaces to hold business meetings, CloudVO has exceptional customer service, which is rare to find these days. There have been many occasions wherein Ive had situations arise which required additional assistance to provide my clients with a last-minute accommodation and Clouds staff has always been there to assist me. They are an attentive, responsive, and good-old-fashioned business-oriented company. Their response time to inquiries is very impressive. I hate to write this awesome review for fear I wont be able to reserve my spaces, but they certainly deserve a round of applause!

CloudVO is an extremely flexible virtual office system with some unique features which separate them from the pack. Firstly, and most importantly, they have all the important features you look for, convenient mail pickup locations, mail forwarding, office spaces for rent, they give clients access after hours using key fobs, and they have really great receptionist service, not to mention great customer service to get you started. Secondly, its a lot of value for a great price, especially considering they have premier locations.The features that made CloudVO really stand out was 2 things: the ability to handle scheduling at a fair price (should you require it), and my favorite, unlimited receptionist minutes. Almost every single place you look will charge you for a bundle of minutes, so if you get busy or have customers that like to ask a lot of questions or just hang around the phone call for an extended period of time, you will increase your monthly expenses. But CloudVO takes care of that and you have a consistent monthly rate.I highly recommend it above every service I researched.

Ive been Cloud VO for more than half a year. Initially I used them as a virtual office and they directed my companys mail. Later on, I started to book meeting rooms with Cloud VO. Very supportive staff. Fast response. Great locations in the bay area. I made it my space of choice in various locations.

Asked to cancel, was told you have to write them to cancel and cancellation has to be at the end of a month and it has to be 30 days later. We had additional names used and each was cost 24/month. It also took 3-4 tries to get a document, and basically they are a reseller of the mailbox and you actually have to contact that individual mailbox center themselves. Each owner is different and thus this doesnt provide for a consistent customer experience from this brand. Overall, my experience was not a good one. I found other services much cheaper, faster, more organized, and less hassle. This is not a company I would recommend or do business with again.
