I went in to get some things for my sister recently diagnosed with cancer. I asked about her favorite bath bomb only to learn it was seasonal. The store had only 1 person staffing the store but was a huge help in selecting things that would be comforting to my sister. Absolutely love lush!

Great LUSH in a great location. Tons of fun, colorful bath bombs and oils, bubble bars, lotions, body butters, perfumes, etc. The store smells so good that from a few stores back on the street you start smelling a pleasant aroma. Staff is always helpful and polite.

I just had the nicest experience here. I was having a really rough day and stopped here to purchase some gifts and Valentina was so nice to me that I almost cried. The staff here is wonderful.

Went to this one as my first time in a Lush while on vacation and it was an awesome experience!! The staff were so nice and helpful! I love the products I got and will definitely be going to a store back home.

An amazing resource for natural skin and haircare

Small and intimate is not the best while I write this review. However, Lush also delivers and offers all the resources you could find in this store online. I have had no difficulty in replacing these small luxuries -- just remember to recycle after you have reordered.

The bubble bars are the best!!! There is a good variety here and the staff is always very helpful. I just wish there were more locations around the South Bay!

With store pick up being the only available option to shop at this moment in time this location and it’s employees still managed to show incredible customer service. Even in such a limited interaction I still felt compelled to write a review.

I love their naked packaging products. I use their shampoo, conditioner and body butter bars; with no packaging, Ive reduced a lot of plastic waste from my personal bathroom products. Excited to try more of their stuff.

I told one of the employees about my sensitive skin and they helped me figure out what ingredient I was allergic to, as well as finding me a butter bar. That butter bar has helped with my skin pigmentation and I can honestly say it works for more than just moisturizing your skin. Shout out to him for helping me!🤘😭

I love Lush always, but didnt appreciate the attitude of the staff at this location. I walked in there super excited for the typical Lush experience with helpful employees whose brains I could pick, but instead it took quite a while to be contacted, and the enthusiasm that I overheard from this same employee when she was helping the people just before me, had completely dissipated and I felt like such a bother to her. Maybe there was something about my energy that put her off, but the woman who rang me up was very sweet, enthusiastic, and helpful.

I love this store and I love this company. This specific store is centrally located on Powell St in Union Square. Its walking distance from many hotels. The staff are very friendly and helpful and they give product demos and samples if you ask.

Great place to get m you hygiene products. It was expensive and intimidating but is so worth it. These products are so much better for you, the planet and the animals.So even if is a bit pricey at first, you will be saving money on the long run because we will have a planet to live in the future.

Yes, you can smell the store if youre getting close, and given the other unpleasant scents of the city, Im glad for this fact. I am a LUSH fanatic, so I love this place. The staff are always helpful. They may come off a little over-eager, but as someone who worked for LUSH in another life, I can tell you theyre trained and told to be - you just have to know how to manage the conversation if you want to browse at your own pace. Also, go for the bathbombs, stay for the skincare/haircare.

Love this place. Make a pit stop every time Im in San Francisco to bring stuff back for the better half.Staff is always helpful and cheery...will help guide you to what you are looking for or what you think you are looking for.A bit pricey, but I put that in the you get what you pay for department.

Always good to come in here. They are located in an easy to miss spot off of Union Square.The place smells overwhelming and good at the same time. If youre into that kind of thing. They have people to help you pick out the perfect gift as was in my case. You can buy big ones or small ones and all is good.You can test some and smell them before buying which is great.

I love this store! Even just browsing is a treat—so many wonderful scents and textures. The staff is incredibly helpful and pleasant without pushing you into sales, they listen to what you want and are looking for. Lush is an incredible store. I work nearby and always make sure to go in during gift-giving season! There products are natural and sustainable, which is incredible as well.The girls are so sweet. You can tell the company as well as the employees really believe in what they are selling. I give it a serious five-star review.

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! I usually buy the whoosh shower gel which smells amazing like lemon and deliciousness all over! haha I use the charcoal dental tabs which have given my smile a whiter all natural glow to it. The staff are amazing and even though it can get a little busy in here once you establish a good friendship with everyone they will go out of their way to help you out.

I normally have a really pleasant experience with lush but at this location I was extremely dissatisfied with my experience within few minutes of browsing the store I was accused of stealing. Everyone who works at this lush is so nice and helpful. I lament that the actual location is small so therefore cannot carry the entire range of lush products but the staff is pragmatic and recommends how to get the product.

This location is great because its easy to find on Powell. The store holds the typical Lush products everyone loves like their fresh masks and bath bombs. However, since this store is located in downtown SF, the store is small which makes it hard to move around even when the store is relatively empty.

If you have never been to a LUSH Cosmetics store before, you’ll be impressed by their signature scents and ultra-luxurious products which by the way are ALL HAND-MADE. If you think that’s amazing, wait until you find out that not only are they hand-made, but they’re entire business is against animal-testing, ethical, charitable, and green. Do you need any more reasons to get LUSH from head-to-toes? Me thinks not. Walk in and get a whiff. Its an unforgettable experience.

Cute place and friendly staff. Their bath bombs are not too shabby. Love their lip balm and lotion. Price range is a tad high, but it is SF after all.

The staff at this Lush deserves an award. Its a smaller storefront size than Im used to for a Lush, but they own it - they are extremely helpful with guests, which is generally a tourist crowd. I usually stop in here during my extended business trips in SF to get some essentials, and its always a pleasant experience.

Every Lush store I have ever been to has been amazing and this one was even better! The staff was awesome and very helpful when I needed to find the right face wash for my skin type. The band itself is amazing with all natural ingredients and extremely sustainable practices! I will definitely be back when I return to San Francisco:)

When we first entered the shop one thing that stuck us was the completely new range of products and fragrance and the utility well brought out by the service staff. The prices are also reasonable. The staff demonstrated the product efficiently and quickly. They have a huge assortment and we wish the brands all success.

Great place to pick some cosmetics on the go. They have a great green initiative too. I always come back here for there face masks for under $10.

It was my first visit at Lush and I was lost - did not know what is what. The girl there was super friendly - she asked me what I was looking for and when she understood that it was my first time in the store she explained to me the basic concepts of the cosmetics they sell in Lush - organic and naturally friendly. She showed me shampoos in the shape of hard soap and some eco lip balm. At the end she asked me about where I was from and offered cosmetics suitable for the weather in the town. She even gave me a free catalog.

The most amazing products Ive ever had. I am a huge fan of all the bathbombs and now they have showerbombs that do the exact same thing!! Every product that Ive used has been absolutely heavenly. I dont wear makeup so the Shimmy shimmy is my go to product. The Wincy for my tired muscles, and instead of touching one chakra I mix all my bath bombs together and hit every single one. This store is my ultimate favorite. Thank you so much!!

Always so crowded that its almost impossible finding a SA if you have something to ask them. Even you can find one fortunately, they just repeat the typical questions and recommendations. Prefer other locations with less crowd and more knowledgeable staff.

Stopped in after doing a run with my girlfriend. they have a great collection of bath stuff and lotions, but what sold me on the place was the demo for the soft hands group where a bunch of customers, us included, tried sevral lotions and a sea salt scrub. the sea salt scrub was amazing!!! I honestly had no intention of buying anything, but the staff was amazing and inviting, which got us to partake in the trial. the sea salt made my hands feel really soft and scrubbed away part of a calus without being harsh, so i ended up spending $40 i had not planned to, but its worth it. go try it out!

I love lush... Though I think its very indulgent to take a $10 bath I still do. I came to this store rather jet lagged and in need of a bath bomb to soak my sore muscles. Upon entering the store which wasnt crowded but, not dead I was not greeted. I walked to the section of bath bombs and still not a hello. Two employees were chatting and one behind the register. I walked around the store and by the employees with still no interaction which is extremely uncommon for LUSH. I finally bought what I knew had worked in the past and of course once I get to the register the guy started to ask me all sorts of questions about these products I was buying. Normally I would be super engaged and would have asked questions despite my experience but at that point, I couldnt bother. Love lush but, this location just didnt do it for me.

Tired of spending a quarter of your rent on lotion that boasts exotic jasmine oil, but turns out to be crowded with parabens and preservatives? Lush uses top-quality, unadulterated ingredients in every product, and though the product price is steeper than at the drugstore, a little goes a long way. I recommend the sea salt scrub and the shea and cocoa butter body bars to moisturize and exfoliate unhappy skin. Regardless of the product, Lush guarantees to turn something as mundane as personal hygiene into a heavenly experience.

Sure, this place smells divine and quirky but goodness I will never step foot into a Lush location ever again. My first experience ever was here, and it was ruthlessly bombarded by 6 associates, each grabbing at my hand to be washes, lathered, and lotioned.

The products are alright and the staff is very helpful and knowledgeable but they are also very pushy and it is clear they work on commission.

When i first came in here i was so overwhelmed with all the smells !! and i had heard so many good things about this place but i didnt know what to get. and so i asked for assistnace and the workers gladly were of soooo much help. they helped me pick out all the things i wanted and they told me how to use them and even tested the products out on me. i ended up spending over 100$ at this place at one time LOL. i am absolutely in love with lush now thanks to the lush people in SF.

Lush is a British soap boutique. So be prepared to be dazzled.
