My phone was covered in cracks but otherwise functional. After it took a dip at the beach, I wasnt sure Id be able to get my data. Saltwater, boot loops, the whole thing. They were able to properly diagnose the issue and salvage all the data from my phone (photos, texts, etc.) to port into the new one. Im happy with their work and would go to them again.

Ipad Air Gen2 needed charge port replacement. Mobile Fix offered to fix when competitors told me couldnt be done. David gives great customer service: friendly, efficient, honest, and informative. Tested battery and changed port for $165 cash (Sept 2021). Also got a new OEM charge cable for the tablet at fair price and saved my self the trouble of hunting one down. I was having camera and audio problems on my iphone 7. They gave me a free estimate. They swapped out the part in 20 minutes. Camera worked, but audio was still not working. They said the problem was with the audio chip and it wasnt worth fixing. Did not charge me for the part they replaced which did fix the camera (I offered to pay at least half and they said dont worry about it).Very helpful and fair.

I recently went to Mobile Fix to seek help with fixing my old iPad mini 2 that I had for a long time that was broken and could no longer turn on no matter what I did.During this process, they were very professional, giving me advice on what I should do as well as laying out the options out for me. They even gave me their phone number and responded in a matter of minutes if not seconds each time I had a question about the process which was very reassuring.They would rather I have a good experience and get a good deal than to make money off me as they recommended that I should just buy a new iPad mini elsewhere than to keep the old one that had a shorter life span. They were very understanding of my situation and even helped me transfer the data from my old broken iPad mini 2 to my new iPad mini for free even though usually, it would cost $50 for a data transfer instead of having me pay them $150 to fix my old iPad mini 2.They were very thorough with everything they did and even helped me search online for good deals on new iPads to save me some money. They were able to help me save $85 on a good deal online.Overall, I would describe this experience as very pleasant and if I ever have any trouble with my future electronic devices, I know who I can turn to.

My phone screen was shattered and stopped working. They looked at it and informed me that the person who had previously fixed my screen did a really poor job. I dropped it off and 30 minutes later I had a perfectly functioning iPhone. They restored the function of the flashlight and camera buttons on the lock screen (which stopped working after a previous repair done elsewhere) AND added a protective screen free of charge. My phone screen works sooo much better now. Ridiculously fast and high quality!!!

Dave and Evan at Mobile Fix on Irving are heroes to many of us customers especially during Covoid when repairs were hard to come by from trusted neighborhood businesses. We have IPhones, Ipad, a Dell computer, back up drives, and portable chargers. And we are in our 70s. Dave saved one phone, replaced batteries in both, replaced broken screens, trouble shot mysteries with the new Dell, and taught us which chargers and blocks could be frying our IOS devices. Not only that he and Evan did ten years of back up on an ancient Mac, speeded up my old Ipad, and walked me through how to negotiate the best deal with Verizon on a replacement for an Iphone that had completely lost its speaker. He also taught me how to navigate the billing from Verizon which is very tricky by the way. We not only recommend this business we rely on them and tell all our neighbors to go to their team. They speak Cantonese and English both fluently, and they welcome walk by inquiries. Wonderful

Do you need a miracle??? This place is for you. I spilled boiling hot coffee on my Iphone XS Max and within minutes my phone was unresponsive. I naturally hadnt backed up my phone in years and thought I was doomed to have lost years of memories. But they were able to do the impossible and save all my data from my dead phone, so that I was able to back it up and transfer it to my new phone! Got an appointment that very same day when i inquired and got it fixed (replaced) within 45 minutes. There was a slight touch sensitivity issue when i got the phone back. Tested it for a day or two so i took it back. They honored their work and fixed it and replaced the screen right away, no hassle, no questions asked. David was great to work with, he stands by his work. if youre experiencing phone issue and youre out of manufacturer warranty period and need it fixed, i definitely recommend this place. Thank you David for doing such a speedy job! A neighborhood repair shop that helped replace my iphone Xs rear glass panel. Apparently i did a doozy to the glass and rather than buy a new phone i decided to try and repair it. That was the best decision i made because David was able to fix my phone faster than i thought it would take and he provided me with updates along the way. This was great, but unfortunately I had to return to work (was going to get off after their closing hours) and they were kind enough to offer that I could meet them at their home to pick it up! QUALITY FIX AT REASONABLE PRICE!! I spent more time on the phone with Apple support to create a service ticket than it took for them to fix 2 ipads....no exaggeration! They replaced my screen on iPad air2 and got into my iPad mini4 that I was locked out of in less than 3 hours from drop off to pick up.... and was over $100 cheaper than Apple, without having to deal with best buy or sending it in(all apples stores in bay area are closed in the pandemic) . I shattered my phone screen about two weeks ago and called Mobile Fix to see what they could do, and I was able to get an appointment in ~30 minutes. I was given a free diagnostics on my phone, and the owner walked me through all the possible options to fix my phone (various screens, warranties, etc.) to find the one that would be best for me. It took literally 30 minutes to fix my phone -- I barely had enough time to order and eat a sandwich before getting the call to come pick my phone up. Mobile Fix. Life savers really. Fixed more phones then Ive seen new ones sold.Im a tech guy as in I love new technology. But this leads to dumb things, like buying exotic phones that are impossible to replace or get repaired.Enter mobile Fix. I got a replacement screen for my Xaiomi mi note 10 that I destroyed at work. Like ruined the screen, cracked and unusable. When I brought it to them at Mobile Fix they immediately suggested I save my money and get a different screen. The told me it would break again if I used it and they didnt want to waste my money or time. They gave me all the info to get the correct parts. Within two weeks I had the new part with the correct fitting. I know how much of a pain this phone is to repair but they were cool with the challenge. It took their tech two hours because of how delicate it was and they didnt charge me extra.These guys make manufacturers and other repair stores look like a joke. Im just a dude that likes phones. Im also a dude that breaks them and for that I thank mobile Fix. In the several times Ive been there Ive seen them repair hundreds of phones. IPhones, pixels, Samsung, you name it. Give these guys a shot and support local solid business.

I use my laptop for absolutely everything in my professional and personal life, and Im in the middle of teaching college classes remotely, and applying for jobs, so when two of the keys on my keyboarded started sticking to the point where I couldnt use them, I needed to get the problem fixed quickly and without risking anything else going wrong with my computer. I had tried to get into the Apple Genius bar but they didnt have appointments for at least a week out, so I opted to try MobileFix since they were close to my house. Honestly, I was hesitant to go anywhere other than Apple, but Im grateful I did. These guys offered me the option of trying to clean the keys, but if that didnt work, theyd have to replace the entire keyboard - a much bigger expense. They cleaned the keys first and the problem was only part way solved and I wasnt happy with some of how it was handled at first. They then offered to replace the entire keyboard, only charging me for parts. After the keyboard arrived I dropped my laptop off and they had it completely fixed within a few hours. These guys are really wonderful with customer service, and they will go out of their way to make sure youre happy with their work. Thank you MobileFix.

They were able to diagnose and fix my iPhone in ~15 minutes at a fraction of what I would pay at Apple -- AND they cleaned my microphone at no additional cost. I read reviews before taking my sons burned-out iphone 7 here for repair, and wasnt disappointed. Dave and his team repaired the phone fast, explained how to prevent a reoccurrence of the same problem, and checked out cables, chargers etc to see they werent adding to the problem. My experience was so positive that I wish Id broken another screen to have repaired. The turnaround time was about 3-4 hours. Since Id dropped off my computer towards the end of the workday, they were able to deliver the repaired computer right to my doorstep. It is an impressive business, theyre quite the entrepreneurs.

Had a cracked screen on an old iphone 6. I purchased a replacement screen off of amazon and realized that I was out of my element. I brought in the parts and they were more than happy to use the parts I brought in and only charged for the labor. I had also brought in my macbook with a faulty shift key. They were able to fix the shift key and not replace the entire board. Very friendly and efficient. Would def recommend them.

I just wanted to share my experience that I had with people who had the same situation with me maybe you will be lucky enough like me if you have read this ! I had my iPhone X dropped in water and also my front screen was heavy cracked , I was freak out that all my data is going to be lost since I didn’t back up it recently and the phone would not turn on ! I went to the apple store at Stonestown right away and the apple genius the iPhone X wouldn’t Able to work and they wanted $550 to replace another one without all of my DATA! No thanks so I look up google trying to find a best place that really can fix my iPhone with all my stuff in it , I call these guys up at mobile fix and scheduled an appointment with them and within an hour my iPhone was back into a new iPhone with a new screen with all my DATA in it! I would recommend these guy since they have worked in apple before so I guess that’s why they were able to fix my iPhone and I really really thank them to save my iPhone and I would recommend all my friends to your iPhone repair shop from now on !

Had gone to these professional mobile fix phone place on 12th Irving at couple times and all phones and my iPod and iPad were fixed successful in a fast time manner! They were able to fix a very damaged apple iPhone with my data and also they were able to fix and replace with a higher GB IPHONE AND IPAD FOR ME! That is the true experiences I had with these guys and most of the time they are very busy fixing things but the time is super fast! I would recommend them for sure if you have apple products that needed to be fixed since they have all the experiences to fix it
