I love Best Buy, I always buy all my electronics from there like computers, camera, TV ,DVD, always spectacular service. When I buy cellphone from there its a total disaster every time but not a biggie rest of my electronics shopping has always been an awesome experience. The place to go in California and Missouri all Best Buys I been to. Thank you for making it such a great experience.

The Geek Squad team stepped to the plate. Although they are severely short staffed and required a 45 minute long wait. My appointment was for 4:20 PM and I arrived at 4:09 P.M. Calvin finally took care of me at 4:52 PM. Calvin was a superstar and was extremely professional and helpful. My issue was highly technical and required a technical expert to resolve and Calvin sure did. Thank you

They had what I wanted, the store is clean and orderly, but customer service was poor. Wandered around for a long time trying to find someone to help me after standing in one section for a long time not seeing any blue shirts; the two people I did ask for help pawned me off, fellow who rang me up asked me if I wanted a warranty without going through my options. General impression was that they could really care less for my business, and I ended up spending less money than I would have with a little more attention because I got to the point where I just wanted out of there.

Best buy was excellent. A good experience in every way. The sales people were polite and extremely helpful, even to the point of informing me of after the sales issues I would encounter by purchasing a home security system. If tipping were allowed I would have given the young lady sales person the largest tip allowed. And the prices were good.

Since the Pandemic having to make any purchase has been made extremely difficult to do. However, Best Buy made is so much easier and safe as well. After making your purchases online. You have the option of getting your purchase either curbside or going into customer pick-up. Definitely making it to where it serves all types of consumers.

Went there about a month ago for a vacuum sealer... There was a young man in a leg brace or cast.... Very knowledgeable and willing to help... I was impressed because hes so young. When I was leaving he offered to help me with my items. Very great customer service... Wish I could remember his name...

One of the best Best Buy stores I have been. Very organized and tidy. Polite and friendly employees. Unfortunately I didnt catch her name but she went out if her way to find the price match for me, although not successful but I greatly appreciate her effort.

Best Buy or ehh! I found there prices to be competitive but there customer service was spotty at best. It took me 30min to even try to find someone in the computer department, but I will say once I did he was knowledgeable and answered my questions to completion. Thank you

Doesnt live up to the name at all. I go to best buy when i need something I cant wait for delivery on. I went most recently to buy a new electric kettle for tea when my old one died, but they had literally only two options and they charged me $45 for the same kettle i was looking at on ebay for $25. If you can afford to wait on delivery, the real best buy is online.

Plenty of Staff, the only person that treated me between cameras, tv, going stations, Apple area and Computer was the door at the Entrance and Exit of the Facility. I been here several times and the employees really do not care. They do not seek to help customers as much as them on their phones and other actions.I realize that Best Buy will be like Kmart, not customers service and will disappear in next few years.

It was fine. Nice to look at tvs, they had a lot displayed, and we were able to recycle our old laptop and many batteries.

We came in last weekend to buy a portable speaker, and were helped by Nick. The store was quite busy and he was helping multiple guests at the same time. He was so kind and helpful throughout our entire time there, even though he was juggling many tasks. He did an amazing job!

Best Buy wants an appointment to do anything. I went in with ca$h money and selected the laptop I wanted. When I attempted to purchase said laptop, I was instructed to make an appointment to do so. I had to come back the next day! They must lose so much business this way. Not cool!

How these big box stores still exist is fascinating. Came in looking for a lens for my camera and the classic “our system says we have one in stock but I can’t find it anywhere” situation happened. But then they found it! The guy working the the camera department was friendly and super helpful.

This is my 1st time in this location and i loved it. The customer service is just awesome. Totally a place i can recommend to my friend and family. They have a huge parking space in san-Francisco which made me more happy 😂😂😬 thank you for great service guys.

Never buy anything from BestBuy that involves delivery & installation. The installers tried to leave 4-5 times throughout the installation because “it won’t fit” or “health & safety”, or “there’s a piece you needed to order separately” (which I then read is included in the box) or “if I don’t leave soon I’m going to end my day at midnight”. I don’t blame the installers… they’re undoubtedly spread too thin in a job that probably doesn’t incentivize good service.Anyway, after a couple hours they left without completing the installation saying they’d come back “tomorrow”, but then I couldn’t reschedule for 5 days. Meanwhile the washer-dryer unit is blocking my pantry so I can’t access important things.The BestBuy customer service to reschedule lacked empathy and didn’t offer any good solutions.Horrible experience with a brand I used to think highly of.

I went in yesterday afternoon to return a Mac charger that I ended up not needing/using. Unfortunately I didn’t do my due diligence in checking the box when I bought it (came opened) and I missed the return window (oops) but the manager at the return counter gave me store credit and made the process simple. Ended up taking the store credit and spending even more. Great service!

Good service and selection but in a tough area. Security is on the job though so your car should be safe. Online pickup is efficient and courteous. Can get crowded so feel free to go pick up your online order later in the evening ~1 hour before they close.

Good parking and selection of items. Security is good so Im never worried about my car getting broken into while Im shopping.

Easiest curb side pick up. When you purchase an item for pick up, BB will send an email advising its ready. You park in the parking lot designated for curbside pick up with blue signs with a number. You reply to best buys email with the number of your spot and they send you a 4 digit code. When the BB employee comes out to give you the item, they ask you for the 4 digit code. And thats it. Easy Peasy.

I had a good experience picking up the new Google Pixel 5 back in October. At first, the employee had a hard time finding the phone I was looking for (store systems showed that they had it in stock). Even when the line of people was getting longer, he didnt give up and searched all over the store until he found it. Most lazy employees would say that the inventory system is inaccurate and would send me on my way, but glad I got an employee that cares about customer satisfaction. Dunno his name, but whoever you are, youre a real one!

Best Buy near a highway for easy access. Store was clean. Didn’t have the TV I was looking for in stock despite their website and internal system saying there was one available.

I was at the Geek Squad Center having my 10 yr old laptop serviced. I am an experienced end user but not a hardware techie. Therefore I have the Geeks 🤓 handle the internal cleanup.

If youre looking for a Genius Bar, just go to straight to an Apple store because their in store help is a Geek Squad. I wasted my time being told they didnt know what was wrong with my phone, and to go to the Apple store instead.

Generally helpful sales staff when they arent huddled in groups talking am ok that themselves. layout is a little confusing if you arent familiar with it.

Quick service and friendly staff. Ample parking and location is central if you live in the Mission district or downtown.

No one at this store had any knowledge of the products. I needed a simple usb-c replacement charger for a product sold there. I even showed them the product. Manager of the store was dismissive told me they might sell it online but I’d have to do my own research. Couldn’t believe help me find ANY compatible usb-c charger power/wattage. The only reason I would come to an electronic store now a days is to get help on technical issues like this. If I do the research myself online, I’ll just buy it elsewhere for cheaper.

I live just a couple of blocks away from this awesome park and thats where i take my morning walks i can not get enough of the views so beautiful and the people that visit the park so friendly just like locals...perfect place to take pictures and take with you a little bit of our beautiful victorian houses the painted ladies are just across the street. Been coming to Best Buy for decades. Staff is always professional and kind. That said, this rating is for BEST BUY Corp. I asked to simply exchange my space heater that I had less than 2 months. They have a strict policy on returns - no exceptions.

Overall a nice store, traditional best buy layout and helpful staff. A little hard to access by public transportation, since its a 10min walk from the closest Bart station, but theres a huge parking lot and its easily accessible by car.Accessible store for those in a wheelchair.

Was there at around 1pm and their was only one sales associate and Four customers in the computer department. The sales associate was answering this guys questions in the most lengthy manner that he could.I waited for about 6 to 8 minutes and the sales associate was still going on with the first guy and I was about 3rd in line. Figured I would not be helped for another 10 to fifteen minutes so I I left that lousy place.

Had to drop by to pick up an order and it was super quick and easy. I was probably in and out in under 5 min, and they have free parking!

Ive purchased a few items for curbside pick up from this location more than a couple times. Each time theyve come out very fast once Ive checked in on their app. I also felt very safe because all employees continue wearing masks as they drop off your items. They should be proud of how theyve adapted to the times.

This is an average Best buy. Nothing special. Not the greatest part of town. Definitely dont leave anything in your car.

They cool but I went for car audio equipment and they told me they don’t sell that stuff anymore but how can the geek squad install stereo stuff if they don’t have the supplies for the job? It looks nice inside tho but it’s not the same anymore to me.

The store is alright. Didnt have much of a selection on nikon lenses. Biggest problem is that IF YOU HAVE A CAR THATS EVEN CONSIDERED LOW, good luck getting out of the parking lot :)
