Wow! This is probably the best watch place Ive ever been to not because of the selection but because of the service!I went in to get a battery for my watch and when I returned ANGEL had it ready for me and told me there was no charge! He also recommended some great deals, I will definitely be back to purchase from here!!

I don’t even want to give one star rating. Don’t do business here. Customer service is very bad. They sold me faulty piece. And, replaced with another faulty piece. Price of the watch goes down and they want to be in store for price match. When I call customer care, they say store sales are different and online sales are different. I will never do business with them again. Horrible company

Questionable original products. Bought Armani watch. Staff reached into counter where I saw a stack of the watches in plastic on top of each other. Watch not working. No problem we will replace battery. Need it sized. Come back. I return and I am told she cannot open screws but i can take it to any watch repair. I asked for a box. Sure. The name brand box will cost an additional $6. In the end i got money refunded. How are original watches sold without being functional and without the original box. I sincerely felt they were not selling originals

I was with a friend who purchased a watch from this location.For Christmas the prices were economically correct. The staff needs a little training in upselling..On the various deals stated everyone should have at least purchased 2 or more..ijs
