This place is exactly as described. It is a small cozy shop with all sorts of swings/hammocks and things (mostly made with woven material). You may be able to find some unique hand-made items here if you are into swings.

I walked in years ago. And when I asked about the price, the man told me more than you can afford.

If someone had told me on that Saturday morning, that I would be buying a hammock that same afternoon, I would have asked if they were off their meds! Marci introduced my wife and I to the great pleasure of owning a hammock! Marci (the saleswoman) was so inviting, funny and enthusiastic that the feeling was contagious and I have never had so much fun in a retail store in my life. If you’ve ever been curious about hammocks at all, definitely stop by this store, if you want a unique and fun experience, stop by this store. We bought a XL hammock which if I remember correctly holds up to 800 lbs (plus size folks like me need not worry about weight being an issue). We had to get a few supplies like a drill, chain and connectors. Installation was pretty easy and we use it every day, several times a day. If you do visit, I hope you run into Marci, she will make you laugh while sharing her depth of knowledge about hammocks. She truly is a HAMMOCK GURU!

This is the coolest shop Ive seen in a while. You can actually try all the hammock sand hanging chairs. They are all machine washable, super easy to hang and so comfortable. This shop is awesome.

I bought my first Maya hammock at least 10 years ago. I believe it was Marcy that sold me how good this hammock is and after all these years its still the most comfortable hammock ever. I need another one for another house and Marcy answered my call, she is really awesome! They have two Maya to choose from and I could not remember which one I had but Marcy told me this is the one to get so I did. She said the same thing to me 10 years ago and was so right, I trust her opinion on hammocks! Cant go wrong with this hammock, shop and Marcy. Thank You!!

It’s a great place to go to get your first hammock, however if you have been laying in hammocks for years things are not so friendly.

I had this hammock for about a year, sit in it maybe less than 20 times. The rope broke when a friend of mine less than 160 pounds sit on the hammock., imaging yourself drop hard on the concrete floor. I went back to the store, the lady worked at the store asked me if I left the hammock outside, lets be real here, we all buy these thing to hang them outside in the yard here in California. She explained to me that it is normal the sun would damage the ropes!!! There should be a disclaim that tells the buyesrs not to use hammocks outside and enjoy the sun in San Diego! This is a dangerous and unsafe product!
