The staff is extremely helpful. During the peak of Covid I wasnt comfortable going in the store. Staff helped me over the phone, had the shoes ready when I arrived, and dropped them off in my truck. No contact. Great experience.

My dad got the shoes he needed & seems to enjoy the fit. 100% satisfied.

Good shoes but pretty pricey. I liked their quality and brands but not enough choices of shoes and sandels. I even checked the repairs on a couple of name brand sandels. The charge was more than reasonable. I decided not to get repaired. I just go there time to time to see if they have new arrivals.

Thank you Sun Lee for taking so much time with my 94 yr. old mother-in-law who suffers from a few foot problems. Your patience and compassion was appreciated so much!! She is so thankful to have new shoes and inserts.

Excellent customized and thoughtful service

Im so glad my co-worker recommended Comfort Shoe Center to me. My flat, extra wide feet are now at peace.For over 30 years Ive lived with foot and knee pain. I always chalked it up to being a bit over weight and perhaps being less active then I should be. Ive spent over a thousand dollars on inserts from as seen on tv commercials, Amazon, Walmart, and other stores with little relief. I dont want to even think about how much Ive spent on shoes. I even got some of those rigid custom orthotics (which may work for some people) from my podiatrist that made my pain even worse. Anyhow, the past few years working 12 hour shifts in an ER was starting to take a toll on me. I even contemplated quitting my job because of the constant pain.Thats when my co-worker showed me his custom orthotics and shoes he got from Comfort Shoe Center. I originally went to the San Diego store and met Sun Lee. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and the equipment he used to diagnose my problems and concerns. I purchased two pairs of shoes and custom orthotics. The shoes themselves, helped alleviate the pain even before the custom orthotics were ready. The shoes became even more life changing for me once I picked up the orthotics a few weeks later at his Sun City store location. Seriously it feels like Im walking on clouds now. The plantars fasciitis issues in both of my feet have completely heeled. Im so glad Sun Lee had various styles in my shoe size in stock since Im such a difficult fit.Anyhow, I want to thank Sun Lee and Custom Shoe Center for making my feet happy again. I look forward to coming back for my future foot needs.
