If you want a Wow moment for your event/wedding, the SparkFX Cold Spark Machines are awesome. The bride loves fireworks and the mother of the Groom wanted to provide a surprise with this in mind... so as the couple began the first dance, the sparklers went off and they were both so surprised as was the crowd. You heard guests gasp with excitement! I heard so many guests talking about it throughout the night. Not to mention the bride and groom who absolutely LOVED them. The tech was professional and courtesy and the company was professional and great to work with. Needed a quote for 4 Sparkular Mini-Falls. Production was up and down on the approval of the quote so many times it was ridiculous. The owner Kris was shockingly patient and understanding and helpful during the whole process... After the initial receipt of product, production decided they wanted to cover a larger area so needed 2 more. I put the order in and within a few hours production changed their minds yet again. Kris actually gave them a partial refund even though the package had already been picked up to be shipped out but before it could make it to carrier.... CryoFX was WAY more patient with us than I would have been to be perfectly honest.For rentals or purchases thisll be my first call and Ill be sending them my business at any and every opportunity I can. Because of their proprietary technology, we were able to use their sparklers in venues where they do not allow pyrotechnics. Can’t wait to work with them at our next event!!

They designed Kings billboard truck into a spectacle for all to see with their special effects of sparks, colorful array of fog. Great team work!

I have been working with the CryoFX team for several years now. They have worked on some huge projects for me (design and install dozens of nozzles all triggered from an automaton system and feed from a single source of CO2) and some really simple projects (4-6 nozzles for an EDM party) and have had nothing but the best on every event! Great group of people here. From my 100 questions at beginning to delivery of custom project, they really know their stuff. Ordered more production ready items few weeks later and they got it done with ease, and fast.Had doubts at beginning since niche businesses can be a hit or miss, but definitely a gem here. After finding out their capabilities with electronics and larger systems, good to have in the roledex for future reference. Good stuff guys.

The Folks at CryoFX are top notch. Everything from the service to the products are industry leaders. I would highly recommend this brand, and the tours that come through my venue say they are the only suppliers / manufactures to deal with.

First, I order the Mega LED and wait.... Then I get the wrong one. Annoying oversight on your companys side -- novice mistake.Then, I have to prove with pictures that I got the wrong one and wait...Then I had to wait for the right one, and take time out of my busy schedule to return the wrong one.Then, I inspected the right one that your company sent and it had the WRONG attachment for the hose. I had to wait on correspondence for that to be corrected and wait for the piece in the mail. Once I got it in the mail it was an absolute hassle to put on and had to get a gas and air tech to help out (out of pocket expense).After all that, it was leaking out the sides!After all this, I send about 3 emails and 3 phone calls just to get little to no response. I follow up a 4th time and finally get direction to send it in. for up to 4 weeks of repair without a replacement.

Where do I begin with how accommodating this company is. After hours of researching the right style special effects, I realized I had no idea where to even begin. I called another company based out of LA area and they where zero help and wasted my time with giving me the run around. I then Google searched Co2 gun and came across this gem of a company. I called in and spoke with a gentlemen and told him exactly what I was trying to do with my event based on an image in my head. The associate not only set me up with the right product and designed my whole set up he offered amazing install service and the package was so affordable compared to other quotes. The best part of it all is its rare you buy something, and the company a few days later calls you and personally thanks you and asked how I liked it and how my event turned out. A+++ to the CryoFX team. I suggest this company to anyone in the market for special effects!

Well my issues are very similar to Kens, difference is that I got the right equipment on delivery, but it just didn’t work at all. I had to send it back (at my own cost), I was then charged $65 to repair it and again had to pay the return shipping cost. Another $150 wasted! All for a unit that orguninally arrived broken and never worked at all. Once I got it back after a one month wait, I connected it and it worked for all of 3 seconds then same problem all over again. I WAS DONE! One of the biggest waste of money I’ve spent.I understand things can malfunction, nothing is perfect. However the best judge of a company is in how they deal with it and correct the situation. They may be great sales people and are wonderful in separating you from your money, but they could care less about you after that and even less about fixing your problem.As a result I find this company worthless, just the same way my broken cryo cannon is worthless.BUYER BEWARE!!!!

I am the owner of the worlds 1st and only AOE replica of the Optimus Prime truck seen in Transformers: Age of Extinction (social media keyword search: Optimus is Here). We regularly travel across the country with Optimus for all types of events. And part of the experience we offer is a demonstration of him talking and producing transformation sound effects.For a while now Ive been interested in amping up this demonstration with cloud bursts from his stacks and various other points on the truck. So I began researching options in early 2019 that could help bring Optimus to life.Originally I was considering a fog machine system. But the quick burst fog machines can produce oily residue on the truck, and those units would not permit me to run the long lengths of tubing necessary. Plus I do several indoor shows, so I needed something that would not set off any smoke alarm systems.Thus I began researching different options, which is where I learned about the CO2 option.One of my online followers suggested CryoFX. I reviewed their options and offerings on the website and FB pages, which all seemed promising. Even though we live on opposite ends of the country, I decided to contact them to see if they would be interested in partnering with us on this custom project.Kris, the owner of CryoFX, was extremely helpful. Instead of attempting to sell me existing units, he spent the time necessary to learn more about our unique needs...designing a fully custom setup with hoses, valves, and nozzles that would fit best on Optimus Prime.Kris provided insight and suggestions on the best layout for maximum output, best tank options, and even designed several blueprints that allowed me to see how the system should be wired correctly. And when it came to the wiring and electrical components, he pointed me in the right direction for the appropriate gauge wire, switches, and terminals.Kris also mapped out the entire system on paper, matching that layout with labels on the individual components so I knew where each fitting and line should go. If and when I had questions about the install (or anything for that matter) Kris was very attentive to my emails and text messages.Understanding we were pressed for time to get this system installed before our next appearance, Kris even put a rush on the order to get it finished and shipped to the East Coast, allowing me just enough time to install it before we hit the road again.Though I am currently still fine-tuning the system and learning how best to use it, I am extremely pleased with the preliminary results. There are currently 10 outputs on our replica Optimus...shooting CO2 out of all 6 stacks, the front end, and the back end. You can see an example of the result in the photo below, along with the crowd the effects generated. I own an Event Rental Company In Edmonton Alberta Canada, I wanted to offer my clients indoor cold spark fireworks so I went the cheapest route and bought direct from china. Upon receiving the 6 pods I used them for 1 wedding and when I took them to the next wedding 2 pods wouldn’t work, like almost all companies In china once they take your money your nobody to them they also won’t honour the 1 year warranty and I forgot to mention the 1 page instructions I received made absolutely no sense , there was no info on how to maintain the pods no pictures and it was like the used google translate. I did some searching on google and came across CryoFX website I started reading and learning stuff I had no idea about. I gave them a call and got a answer on the other line right away I explained my situation with them and sent out my 2 pods for repair. From beginning to end the CryoFX team was Very helpful they took the time to explain what was wrong with the pods. Most important they showed me how to maintain the pods and keep them in perfect working order so I can continue to use and make money from them. I highly recommend Cryofx for any equipment you need serviced and from what I’ve seen and read there pods are way better built than the cheap chineese version you buy online.
