The knowledge of your products and communicationwith me and my girlfriend left us feeling very satisfied and now a life customer. Your employee gave the best service i have had in along time. Thank you so much.we are in our 50s and fat. I was a former corporate field rep for 30years i know good service. Thanks and loved the items selected.

Just went in to get some massage oil candles, and to shop around. The person at the counter, I didnt catch his name, was very informative and seemed genuinely excited to be working there! He was very welcoming and made my husband and I comfortable. My husbands a little shy about these sorts of things but left saying that wed be back to check out a few more things. The shop is clean, and has a great selection at good prices. They even have super cute plus size lingerie! Also had a very pleasant discussion with the shop keeper about how theyre working to be more LGBTIQ+ inclusive. Totally dug it, well be back.

Beware of their pricing!!! Let me start off with the staff was very nice but What a RIP off this place was. Went in with my wife to purchase some stuff for our vacation. We can not order things online with Adam and Eve due to the mail they send out. Bought an item and paid $59.95 I thought it seemed high from what I saw online at Adam and Eve but thought it’s an Adam and Eve store they are probably the same price. Wow was I wrong!! The online price was $29.95 (not on sale)I spent an extra $30 on 1 item, and it was Adam and Eve brand! Then the 2 other items had $10 mark ups on them. I spent an extra $50 bucks from what was online. I did not do my due diligence and they won.

On a recent visit to San Diego my wife and I stopped by the Adam & Eve Store. We had a little time on our hands and thought it would be fun. It was a blast. Great staff who were very knowledgeable about products. Thanks -- we will be back next time we are in town!

The women at the store was super helpful, especially with me not knowing much with exploring. It was easy to talk to her without feeling uncomfortable. Amazing experience and great store!

Staff were very friendly and not overbearing, I got lots of great help and suggestions (which I asked for) One of the items I purchased was defective, and I got it exchanged no problem when I came back the next day, plus a discount on something extra. STELLAR customer service guys!

After having such a great experience shopping here, I will now go out of my way to purchase exclusively from Bryan and his shop. The whole team there makes you feel safe and I have confidence in knowing that I am getting the best product.

Started to shop around but the whole shopping experience was ruined by STORE POLICY.apparently I cant take pictures of items in the store for whatever idiotic reason.I dont need a tour of your store or the materials you provide. I wanted to by cute underwear and your policy broke it.I was informed by CSR that store policy prevented me from taking pictures of a pair of underwear I liked 29.95 is the ludicrous price I found myself considering paying until the shopping experience was degraded by unnecessary beauracraticism. How does this benefit your store? You do want to make money right? I left the store and STOPPED shopping because of this.Heres some market research.Let people take pictures of PRODUCTS that they WANT TO BUY
