I was extremely pleased with my purchase from Index Urban. The customer service there is next to none. I ordered a blue Eagle Creek duffle bag due to their competitive pricing (but originally wanted the green). I was pleasantly surprised when, John, reached out to me by email and later by phone call, to tell me that there was a backorder on the blue bags. However, he offered to send me the green bag (which I was thrilled about) and to provide me with a customized travel tag due to the inconvenience. We just received the items in from Index Urban 📷⬇️ and found two different travel tags for my wife! Wow! Thanks to Index Urban and John for going out of their way to ensure they appreciate our business. I would have been just as happy with just the green bag. If you want great products, superb customer service, and competitive pricing, you need to shop with Index Urban!

My large suitcase I bought somewhere else a few years ago was showing its age.It was time for a new one. I have bought a carry on and back pack plus a lot of other travel stuff from them.They always take the time to make sure it is the right bag/stuff for my needs.I recently bought the Ricardo large suitcase. This is my first trip with it and I love it!

They have a great selection of premium luggage, the kind of stuff you really want to see in person/try out the wheels/feel the fabrics/etc before spending a couple hundred dollars on it. Their prices are fair (I got a Briggs & Riley bag for cheaper than I was able to find anywhere online) and their staff are friendly and helpful. I saw they carry Bellroy too—will need to swing by when it’s time to upgrade my travel wallet!

I am a little reluctant to post such a positive review because I doubt that Index Urban Travel can live up to it, but here goes: Eagle Creek luggage has a No questions asked return/repair policy and our three pieces have given us decades of good service, but needed new wheels after portions wore down. (You could hear us thump-thump-thumping our way down the airport hallways.) I shipped all three items to Index Urban Travel on a Monday (UPS Ground). All three bags were returned to me in pristine condition two days later. No charge. I am amazed and delighted with Index Urban travel and they will have all of my business going forward.

We left our luggage here for the day while waiting to check into our hotel, for a small ans fair fee. The staff are friendly and kind ans go above and beyond. The products they carry are great! Love this place!

Returning customer. bought s light roller briefcase yesterday. Came home and the exact same item was on line for over $250 less. No way to treat a customer. This wonderful little luggage store is staffed by some of the friendliest and most helpful people in San Diego. Theyll even hold your bags (for a small fee) if your flight leaves way later than your hotels check-out time.

Fantastic help picking out a carry-on suitcase for international travel where the limits on the dimensions of the bag are even smaller than in the U.S. They really know their stuff here! I recently got a new job that requires weekly travel. My back was starting to really bother me so I decided I needed to invest in better luggage. Instead of going online I decided to go to this charming store to get some good advice and it was definitely the right choice. Jordan was working there that day and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I discussed all of my travel habits and he helped me to pick just the right suitcase and was incredibly helpful in that he even offered to add a strap to my backpack so that I could secure a to my suitcase and roll it through the airport effortlessly without having it weigh down my back. Sal made me a really nice luggage tag as well which will help me to differentiate it from other black suitcases. I also took my husbands samsonite suitcases in because one had broken a handle and the other one had a damaged zipper. Jordan repaired them extremely well and theyre as good as new. They are all about customer service and really wowed me! I highly recommend this store.

This place is well known for luggage specially if you have a broken wheel luggage and hand strap they will repair it for you with some charges. You have to bring it in in order for them to repair and see how much they will charge you they are customers oriented staff.

I’m a photographer - and if you are one yourself or know any you may know just how expensive our rolling equipment cases are. I recently brought in two cases that the manufacturer refused to service. One had a pretty badly damaged zipper, the other one had a TSA lock that was completely inoperable. Sal got both bags fixed good as new, with a couple of other minor repairs - all for about $50. The best part was that he got the repairs done super fast, which really helped me out because I use those bags on a daily basis. Thanks Sal!

The zippers were torn off my brand new luggage after a flight. I didn’t want to spend another $200 just because the zippers were gone. I researched luggage repair and found Index Urban. They had it repaired in 2 Days with better zippers. Thank You Index Urban!

My husband and I came here for a few needed items for a trip to Europe passport holders, TSA travel bottles, etc. The owner gave helpful travel tips and even a short list of museums and restaurants that his family enjoyed visiting. Their leather luggage tags are reasonably priced ($12) beautiful and can be personalized. We got two with our kids initials and the year of our trip on them. We will definitely head back here for any more travel needs!

I know everyone likes to buy things on the Internet but here is a place worth visiting. Excellent selection, knowledgeable staff, competitive prices plus they care. They even will make a free personalized luggage tag for you, tell you how to clean your luggage if needed (great hints for keeping the Delsey line looking good!). They have a varied selection of really high quality bags/luggage. Ive gotten most of my bags there, some for daily use and some for extended travel. Fixed a broken wheel I got in Thailand and I bought a new suitcase $200+ less than the MSRP! And the customer service was top notch. Very accommodating and professional. It also came with a TEN YEAR warranty and free custom luggage tag. Love these guys!

Took in an old hardside for a wheel replacement. The wheel was a tough find, but job completed in a couple of hours. Nice people and very fast and reasonable on repairs.

Best suitcase store in town, I bought a suitcase at an excellent price and even got a personalized tag with my name. Differentiated service, even though I dont speak English very well, I managed to clear my doubts. There are no common brands like Samsonite but there are much better brands of luggage, backpacks, bags, accessories, and more, I highly recommend it.
