Omg best Ice Cream I have had in a long time! Toasted Coconut is Amazing!! We came by late and unlike most of the other stores (closing early on a Friday evening) not only did they let us purchase ice cream after close they did it with a smile! Jesse is an amazing employee and was so kind, definitely a great asset for this delicious establishment. We will be back and tell others. Thanks for the great experience

Scooped is definitely a fun place to check out, so I recommend it if youve never been. They have a nice assortment of ice creams, cookies, ice cream sandwiches, etc.That said, Ive been there three times now and nothing has been especially delicious. Ive given it that many chances because its the kind of place you *want* to like -- they have an awesome display of really tasty looking desserts, but nothing has lived up to what I was hoping for.I dont think Ill be back.

Love the double chocolate chip cookies. Found the recipe on SD Times and made them ourselves. Some of the best tasting cookies Ive ever had.

The ice creams are yummy. Definitely worth trying. Customer service is good. Like many other places they are happy to let you taste before you decide on the flavor you want to buy. We tried the coconut with choco-chips and coffee,will enjoyed both.

Definitely a must visit for California however it isnt THAT special. I liked it, the creativity the variety and the execution were all very well done but it didnt really make me think wow. Still I would prefer to give this place a 4.5 overall but 5 means perfection usually and unfortunately they arent quite at that level yet. I still stand by the only ice cream that has a real texture and truly significant flavor difference between the norm is Haagen daz.

I was only curious to try because there was a long line leading up to the ice cream counter. I wanted to try their taco ice cream but they were sold out. Instead, we ended up ordering ice cream in a cup. Overall, its not bad, and its the only ice cream place in the plaza. Give them a try.

I stopped here because my girlfriend wanted to. I noticed messy burnt pastries in the case as we waited in line, no problem we came for ice cream. Transactions seemed to take longer than they should. Also noticed there were no smiles, only frowns. No problem we came for the ice cream. got up to order and the young lady at the register doesnt even acknowledge us. As if we were invisible. Not one bit of eye contact all the while there is a line waiting behind us. I asked my girlfriend to reconsider her choice and we walked away. Shocking considering that many of the spots in liberty station have excellent customer service.

Very excellent selection of desserts. A little hidden gem.

I got the moo pie, its basically an icecream sandwich with cookies. The ice cream was good but the reason why Im giving it 1 star is because the cookies were hard as concrete! These cookies were old. I thought of going back to complain but there was no point in driving back. Plus the cashier tipped herself the tablet meant god of payment and she was also rude rude! Overpriced and bad!
