Knowledgeable and professional office staff and very experienced tech. The result was a smooth and excellent completion to my installation project.

Mr Moon (owner) quoted me a $2000+ WiFi install. We put down $1000 deposit. Tech came, and within one hour we determined that the project was not feasible as quoted. We called Mr Moon on-the-spot to notify that we needed to cancel the project. He said ‘no worries, we will just charge time/materials and refund you the difference from your deposit’. Since then, I have not received refund. I have called and emailed Mr Moon multiple times. I have spoken to him and an employee of his, and it is clear that they are intentionally avoiding the refund (“we will look into it and get back to you”... 5 times in a row). What a shame because they previously installed three TVs at our house and did a great job. I hate to leave a 1 star review on a small business, but this company is shady :-(

Best customer service ever! Got a package deal with speaker and TV installation. They where super fast and customer service was excellent and their work was amazing. I spoke with Mr. Moon and he was very knowledgeable with what he sold me. He quoted me a price and thats what I ended up paying and no surprises. I will definitely recommend them to everyone!

Let me preface by saying that I hate to write negative reviews towards small businesses. However, as a matter of principle I had to post this.This company is extremely dishonest, unprofessional, and deceptive. I advise all to steer well clear of. I was quoted for a security camera installation system, and put down a deposit just shy of $500. Upon arrival of technician, the price quote increased by upwards of $1,500 from agreed upon quote. I was very specific as to the job that would be required. This is not the issue. This is understandable after tech assessed the scope of work in person. The inexcusable part is that after deciding to cancel the project, I was told the deposit refund would take 7-10 days to process. 28 days and six phone calls later without a response, I am still seeking my refund. Moon, who schedules appointments and creates price quotes is disingenuous, and a very shady character - that comes from the mouths of current and former employees - not me. Avoid at all costs, youll be extremely pleased that you did.

I had two other guys come to my house over a period of a month and neither of them were able to make my system work. Terrance and Asa had it working in 1 1/2 hours. Better than I had even imagined. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, worked quietly and cleanly. Terrance explained everything to me in a language I could understand. I Highly Recommend!!

Innovation Technologies was in line with others price-wise. However Terrance Mann did an excellent job. He was delayed arriving because of traffic and POURING rain, but didnt try to cancel or reschedule, took the time to discuss the project and make sure he knew exactly what I needed done, stayed way past what I am sure is his regularly scheduled work day, did an excellent very professional job and made sure that everything was working before he left. I would definitely contact Innovation Technologies again.

Innovation Tech is an excellent company. Knowledgeable, current on all technology, easy to work with.The all star player there is Terence Moon. He is without a doubt on why I use them & will for all my technology needs.

I know nothing about surveillance cameras, and we needed something in my moms house, as we hired a caregiver and needed to surveil to make sure she was O.K. So the guy that came to the house to recommend a system and give an estimate was really nice, but after the system was installed he just assumed that I was going to be able to operate it by myself. He showed me how to view online and got it set up, but didnt give me the passwords and other things that I needed to have if something lost a connection. The system when it was working was OK., but if I needed to go back in time to see if a caregiver was there on time, for example, it was really hard to find just the right time because it skips segments of time so you have to go really slow to find what youre looking for. Later I couldnt get on the system and didnt have password etc... and I called the tech and he said he didnt have it either, and then started avoiding my calls. My mom is now in a memory care facility and the house is a rental and the system has been removed. My biggest complaint is the tech was rude, condescending, arrogant, and treated me like some kind of an imbecile after it was paid for and installed. I would NEVER work with them again. I never got a hold of anyone that would help me. I spoke with the manager and he said I had to call the tech assigned to me and he didnt understand that the tech wasnt cooperating.

I found these guys through service magic. Called just to get a quote and the tech I believe Terrance actually came out the same day. He was professional and knew exactly what we wanted when we asked for a TV installation and speakers wired through our whole house and connected to a single box in the living room. He finished up in a couple days and theres not a wire showing and the system looks/sounds great. Im completely satisfied. Thank you Innovation Technologies =)

Honestly these guys were the best, three previous technicians tried to solve my problem, including Frys people, they were here in one day, fixed a very complicated system in one hour, cleaned up all the wiring, talked me out of buying new and expensive components, and used a minimum amount of new equipment to enhance the system. I could not be more pleased or recommend them more highly.

OVERALL I LOVE GOOGLE WITH ONE EXCEPTION - THE FREQUENCY OF ADVERTISING IS ABSOLUTELY OBNOXIOUS AND PATHETIC. LIKE ANYTHING, TOO MUCH OF A GOOD THING IS NOT GOOD, AND YOU NEED TO PUT SOME BREAKS ON THE ABUSES OF CAPITALISM. THANKS!

Moon was not honest with the pricing. He did not mention th $79.00 dollar phishing fee. Neither rid the techs who came out to do the work. That was an added surprise at the end. Pleased with the work. Make sure you get all the details.

I recently moved in to a new house and needed my tv and stereo systems set up. I called Innovation Technologies and they set me up with an appointment for the next day. Right off the bat, I was impressed with how friendly and professional they are. When the techs came, they were courteous, quick, and did a beautiful job installing my tv and surround sound system. I have sensitive ears and take my music really seriously, so I was really excited when the tech educated me on proper speakers, equalization, and how to use my new system after he got the job done.
