What a charming little shop, with a super friendly and lovely young lady working there. This cute shop has a great variety of essential oils, organic dried herbs, crystals, and even a great book selection on herbs and nutrition. They also have a nice variety of herbal and CBD infused chocolate bars. Worth visiting!

This spot is so cool, they had everything we needed for a very specific remedy. Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and empathetic to our needs and wanting to help us. Easily 5 stars service and every product was quality.

Great little hidden shop in Ocean Beach, close to the pier, they have a nice selection of herbs and tinctures and other natural healing supplies, I wish they had many more stores like this all over San Diego .....Every person in San Diego should enjoy these places and give them business because these are the type of products that can really bring on healthy healing not running to a dumb doctor and getting ridiculous drugs that the body doesnt want, have you ever tried listening to the commercials on TV about drugs and all the side effects, its completely absurd nobody should be using drugs unless its an emergency situation.... so I totally recommend these little quality herb shops and its nice because the people that work there generally have some knowledge because when you go to Whole Foods and places like that the staff there has no idea what theyre doing they have no training on the products and most of all they dont like their job so theyre not going to help you correctly.....

Located in an adorable little space in Ocean Beach, In Harmony was one of the best Herb&Spice shops I have been to!They have a wide variety of herbs, teas and cooking spices. Everything is immaculate and well displayed.The owner is so pleasant and really knows her stuff! She gave me great insight and recommendations that absolutely fit my needs.Everything here is organic and the teas I purchased have great flavor. I will be stopping by here many times in the near future!

I love this shop! They stock THE BEST fresh white sage sprigs, which I use for energy clearings (and I always leave some with my clients). Its locally grown, harvested, and dried with loving care. The fragrance is intoxicating! This petite shop is a treasure trove of fresh herbs & spices, essential oils, crystals, and MUCH more! I highly recommend it!
