The team that installed the new ac unit were professional and pleasant. I was surprised at the time they actually completed the replacement and install. I thought it would take a lot longer. They ensured that everything was cleaned up after the job and gave me clear instructions on how to work the thermostat. I signed the appropriate paperwork and received the instructions. The blower on my AC inside unit had been going off/on at startup for the past few weeks. Omega Heating & Air Conditioning came out last week and just recommended to replace the unit. They quickly sent two techs out the same day who took time to diagnose the issue and tighten the electrical connections. So far so good! Great and expeditious customer service!!

The work person arrived when he said he would. He was dressed professionally and was courteous. He completed the job in a timely manner. The price was the same as I was given earlier. Their technician spent more than 10 hours at our house and ensured everything was done correctly .He worked tirelessly to make sure our AC was working properly and left everything cleaner than it originally was.
