These guys are great! They will even keep your ID on file for you so if you misplace your wallet you can still get your pawned items back! Reasonable loan rates and a ten day grace period saved me at this location! And they have no problem with loaning on the same item multiple times, I was even invited to borrow again! Thanks guys😁

In these uncertain times, I came across difficult times and was unable to retrieve my item (very important and very valuable - at least twice what I owed on ebay). Terrible place!!1 i had a loan there that has been there for 6+ years... i was yelled and and hung up on by Cassandra when i asked for a manager.... because i had been hospitalized for weeks and missed my loan expiration.... Albert called me back and was very professional and handled my concerns immediately..... Cassandra was rude and uncalled for... i have called since then and she was rude as well.... terrible customer service for a long time client, sickening...
