My brother contacted this company on behalf of my 92-year-old mother who is grieving and a bit confused with the recent passing of my father after 4 months in hospice. His funeral was just this weekend. Her garage door opener and door were not opening so he contacted this company to service it, based on their great reviews. UNBEKNOWNST TO MY BROTHER, MY MOTHER HAD COMPLETELY REPLACED THE GARAGE DOOR SYSTEM IN AUGUST OF 2017 WITH ANOTHER COMPANY AND THOUGHT IT WAS MUCH OLDER.The Precise technician told him the system needed to be completely replaced (it had a limited lifetime warranty on the motor and 8 years for parts/service; the motor has a reputation for lasting for 15 years which is one of the reasons it was originally purchased for) and quoted it around $700. My brother approved it because, again, did not know that a brand new system was already installed 4 years previously. We got an invoice for $950 for a completely unnecessary new system. Very disappointed with this situation. He chose this company based on Google and Yelp online reviews. Being in media for over three decades, I have not trusted these reviews for awhile. They start out organic but then are too easily manipulated to have any real value other than marketing hype.

From start to finish, this could not have been better. Vanessa set me up with a measurement / site evaluation and the gentleman was very prompt with his appointment. He was very thorough, as the door was a custom size, which ensured the installation went without a hitch.The installer was equally impressive and on time, removing the old double tilt door single-handedly, and performing a flawless installation of the new door.I highly recommend Precise Garage Doors, especially in these over-inflated times!

Our garage door broke, and we contacted 5 companies via Yelp. Of those 5, precision had a quick response and a free diagnostic. When Samuel, our tech, came out, he diagnosed a broken shaft? - dont remember what exactly, but he showed me the issue. Resolution was a new opener. So, I had gotten a price quote for less expensive, and they were able to match it. Got a nice shiny new motor which is quiet and easy to use. The whole process was easy, Samuel was great and friendly, and everything is working great! I highly recommend!

I had a fantastic experience with Precise Garage Doors. The person who answered my initial call was very professional and friendly, plus she sent out a technician the same day. Samuel, the professional who repaired our garage door, did an amazing job in every respect. He was excellent at communicating the issue with our garage door, very friendly, and extremely competent in fixing the door. He also gave great advice on what other issues we may want to address in the future without being pushy. I will call this company again without hesitation (and ask for Samuel).

This company was very accommodating. I called earlier in the day and they were very flexible with getting the service done asap. Hello everybody,I dont usually write anything unless its truly something people need to know.I had a problem with my garage door so I called a few companies. They came out one by one and I was so frustrated with their sales tactics and misbehavior that I didnt want to work with any of them at all.Then I called Precise. Had a calm conversation with a lovely lady that set up an appointment for the technician to come out. I was ready for the next overly priced aggressive and pushy company to come along. But that was not Precise. The technicians name was Leo, he came out to look at my garage and was respectful, price reasonable, and very professional. It was very extremely unexpected especially after so many complete opposite companies. I felt like I could put my trust in him to get the job done best way possible and do it in a genuine and honest way. So I let him do the job. He was quick, efficient, and before you know it my garage was perfect. Its been a month now and I still think about how there should be more people like Leo and more companies that make it a priority to be honest, respectful, and kind to their customers.This is a company I extremely recommend, you will not be disappointed Im sure of it. I already referred 5 of my friends to them because I was so satisfied and couldnt stop talking about it. Our Garage door springs broke and we needed a fast repair. We contacted their office and they were able to get someone here within a few hours on a Sunday. If you are looking for a company that stands behind their work all means proceed with these guys. I hired them to replace the weather-stripping on both of our garage doors. The 2 car door was not completed as the stripping did not touch the ground on either corners (about a foot on each side). Roni had another technician, Leo, come by and upgraded the weather stripping and aluminum holder at no extra cost to make it work for us. Excellent customer service that went above and beyond.

Awesome first impression with this company. Leo checked out my garage door and was able to quickly figure out the problem. His work was quick and clean. He even added a brace for the motor. Will def use them again for any future garage door problems!

When the spring broke on my garage door, I needed the help of a strong neighbor to physically lift the door to get my car out. Then I called Precise, based on their good reviews. Within a half hour, Ben came to my rescue. He was terrific. In addition to quickly changing the springs, he adjusted the torsion and showed me exactly where I should be lubricating the door. In addition to his expertise, he is really a friendly guy.

Can’t recommend this company enough, not only was the service fast, but the prices were just right. Our technician Leo was extremely knowledgeable and precise on the issue we had, he didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary products. Our garage door was making a horrible noise and the spring had gotten loose, Leo replaced the rollers and adjusted the spring so that it shouldn’t loosen in the future. I called him at 1pm and he was finished with the job by 3pm, speedy reliable service is what is being provided and at a great price.
