Andrea has been awesome to work with! She has been very responsive always answering my questions and emails right away. We love the products and you can tell right away they are higher quality than a lot that is out there. On a different note concerning your certified installers, they dont seem to know how to install quarter round which was their suggestion and we were not happy with the end result that Flawless Floors did. They did great on installing the actual flooring but just dont know how to do quarter round. In the end they took off the quarter round install from the end price and were very eager to please us and make it right so thats why I only took off one star. Would use Cali Bamboo again in a heart beat but you are connected to your preferred installers so I would look into that side as to how to make that better or get them more training on quarter round installation. Thanks!

We have Cali Bamboo products inside and now outside the house. Would go back for more if we had more house that needed remodel or new effort. Will save that for the next home and plan to build with Cali Bamboo finishes. Truly makes a difference in warmth and livability of our home. Great team that is easy and even fun to work with. The quality of the wood floor we purchased is incredible. We got the solid mocha bamboo flooring. Im about half way done putting it in. Its much easier to install than some of the Pergo laminate floors Ive done in the past, and it looks so much nicer. My only word of warning to anyone who chooses this wonderful flooring is wear gloves. I got a lot of very small, hard to get out splinters until I I started wearing some light gloves. I guess it proves its solid wood. Anyway, we love this flooring!

Really great experience. Ryan was a huge help. Order arrived quickly. We DIYd the install which has been exhausting but the quality of the wood has made installation much easier to accomplish, and it looks gorgeous. We ordered a couple extra pieces and FEDEX for some reason ended up holding on to the package for over a week, without me doing anything Calis customer service created a service ticket on my behalf, and resent the order at no additional charge, and I dont know what magic they worked but it got here in tow days. Overall we couldnt be happier with Cali Bamboo.

Jimmy,I am not one to write reviews but I just have to write about the North Shore Oak Pro Longboard I purchased from your company. The ordering process was superb, Jimmy you were always there ready to reply to my emails. We rehabbed a house and required flooring for the basement as well as the main floor. We started out looking at the vinyl planks for the basement living space, but when we received the order we realized we needed the same flooring on the main floor, so I was quickly in contact with you to order more.Over the last year and half, everyone who walks into the house thinks it is real wood and sometimes they even have to do a touch test! The 6 foot planks really make it stand out from the 4 foot lengths which seem to be the standard in the industry. The attached padding prevents the clicking sound you hear with laminated flooring. We also got a puppy and with house breaking comes lots of accidents they were easy to clean up and each time I was thankful I was not dealing with carpeting or real wood. Then came the running and sliding with his sharp toe nails and NO scratches! This is very animal friendly.This flooring is just as it states in the literature, I would buy it again!Carol

For me that was a mix of style, performance, color and price. All of these needs were met in 5 star service for me. Justin Cleva is a true asset to the company.

I loved the flooring. It is easy to install and looks great. I have finished 3 bedrooms and a large walk-in closet. Only the office needs finished and Im done. I almost forgot. I ordered 51 boxes with 6 planks per box (1300 sq ft) and All the materials arrived very well packed, I did not have so much as a plank with a defect.1) I wasnt crazy about the tape. It did not stick well to anything for very long, but it was easy to use.2) The Cali underlayment is nice to work with, but it would be better with strait edges versus the puzzle like mating edges.3) The transitions are very nice looking and easy to install, but I would have liked an option of getting deeper tongues for installing on uneven conditions.

Cali Bamboo has some of the best flooring Ive ever worked with as a DIYer. We looked at a lot of other brands and samples before deciding on Cali Vinyl. They sent us out a ton of different samples to play with and match to our wall and cabinets. The first thing we noticed was how heavy and thick all the samples were. They have one of thickest wear layers Ive seen and the patterns and variation in the boards is at least twice what we saw with other brands. Their product has nice tight fitting tolerances and we can barely tell where any of the seams meet.We worked with Lexi directly at Cali Bamboo and she helped us through the entire process and went through all of our options and between the pro and mute step. It worked out for us to be cheaper with the mute step and a 6mil poly.After we got everything ordered, we basically had a pallet of flooring that weighed as much as a Miata delivered. With no acclimation time needed on the mute step and a meticulously clean concrete floor started laying the floor. This stuff is easy to work with and easy to score and snap to length no special tools needed to cut it. The flooring is easy to cut too if you need to fit it around doors and corners. The transition pieces are easy to cut as well and gluing them down to concrete works best. I do wish they had a little more instruction and clearer pictures for the transition pieces up close and dimensions/tolerances for floor height difference.We love our Cali Vinyl floor and cant wait to re-do our upstairs floor in the future.

Love the new flooring. Reasonably priced as well. We did install ourselves and overall wasn’t too bad. Sometimes it was a bit tricky to get joints together just right.

As a DIY project I did a nail-down install of about 250 ft2 (3 connected rooms + a step down with an 8-ft rail/balusters) using Cali Bamboo Mocha Fossilized Wide T&G bamboo flooring. The look and feel of the finished product is spectacular! I love it and my wife loves it. The Cali Bamboo rep (Marc) as well as others contacted were especially helpful in making this project a reality.

I’ve had your vinyl flooring in my house for the past 4 years and I absolutely love it!! Dog owner, work outside, so lots of grit finds its way inside. Flooring is holding up fantastically! I’m so impressed with the flooring, I ordered the composite decking. Delivery was speedy, decking looks great, installed like a dream. LOVE it so far. Look forward to enjoying it for years to come. Floor looks great and the ordering process was seamless. While we counted to ensure we had the correct piece quantity once the order arrived, we didnt check the individual skus for each of the 100 boxes that arrived. Unfortunately 3 of our stair tread were the incorrect finish and we were almost done with the project. That created a significant amount of stress as our contractor was completely booked up after completing our project. Cali Bamboo sent the correct tread and they arrived before our scheduled completion but the process was not smooth and created a lot of stress. That being said, even though it was a struggle to get it remedied, mistakes happen and the floor looks beautiful and the service up to that point was great.

Amazing- I love my Cali Vinyl Plank. I could not find vinyl plank anywhere that I could visually tolerate. Not only do I tolerate this but I am obsessed with my Cali Vinyl Plank. I am so happy and it’s the best update/upgrade I have ever done. My entire first floor is Cali Vinyl Plank. Next I will put Cali Vinyl Plank on the second floor.Everyday I notice something new on the floor and I end up rubbing my hand over it as I marvel at how realistic the vinyl planks looks. I am so happy and I will never be able to use any other flooring product.

Hi, We chose your product because we wanted something that was gray and without woodgrain. There were no real other options out there in the market. We love the look of your product. If I had any criticism it would be this. I wish the salesperson had told me we needed the connector clips. We had to figure that out and then buy them at Home Depot. Also I was frustrated that the particular product we selected had no end boards or fascia. We had to figure out ways to make our stairs and edges look finished. In the end it looks good but that process was stressful and required some problem solving. And I am a little concerned about how the surface of the boards scratch pretty easily. It seems we will have to be very careful about doing things like moving plants around, etc. I am hoping that our decks and built in bench will look good for many years to come! For now they look great!

Very high-quality product. Best in class but be sure to have a skilled professional install as it is certainly not for the weekend warrior! Great selection of color and grain too. My new go-to in oversized, vinyl plank flooring.

The flooring was super easy to install and is of very high quality! The underlayment overall went down rather easy. The customer service and ordering was super simple and great.My only complaints:The underlayment should just come with the necessary tape given its cost and the requirement to have it.The flooring isnt setup the best when having a ledge over a stairway. I had to start at the stairs so I could use the stair nosing edge without risking if it would line up.The stair nosing edge would be better if it actually snapped into the floor instead of just an overlay so the floor would flex together.

We absolutely love the look and feel of our new Eucalyptus floors, and our install was a breeze! However, we are pretty disappointed that the floors scratched within days of the install being complete. Kind of a let down given they are advertised as scratch resistant.

The entire process was transparent and easy. Art was very informative and kept me up to date regarding shipping which was delayed due to a backlog in getting the product off the ship because of covid shutdowns in CA. Once off the ship I had a tracking number and the flooring arrived promptly. I have installed half of my 2400sq t and have not had one plank come out of the box damaged.

Our contractor just installed over 700 sq ft of the Acacia vinyl planks with Mute Step throughout our kitchen, dining areas, hallways, and bathroom. It is beautiful! Our contractor said that he felt that it is very heavy duty, high quality material that should last a lifetime. The texture and beveled edges make it look like real wood planks. So far it has held up to its scratch-resistant reputation as our large dogs have thoroughly tested it out and weve moved some furniture back and forth across it. Our ordering experience and all of the assistance that we received from Tommy was top-notch. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered and received Souths Seas Oak cali vinyl flooring and wow! Wife and I and the contractor were more than pleasantly surprised with the quality and how it looked after I put it in the Great Room, the dining room, the kitchen, the mud room and two bathrooms. It is quieter to walk on than the old oak and ceramic floors, it is not slick, the ( our three dogs like it too). When it was delivered it was well packed and the delivery guy said he had never seen flooring so well packed. I have recommended to at least a dozzen folks and two intend on buying after seeing my floors. Could not be more pleased. Thanks Rick Campos ( my salesman for a terrific job and help)

So far, so good! The floor was easy to install, looks absolutely beautiful, and only time will tell how it does over the long term. It has a 50-year warranty, and I wonder just what it will look like in 30 or 40 years from now. Stay tuned and Ill get back to you in 2060!

When sawing or drilling holes, you are creating micro plastics! Be ready to vacuum up “sawdust” and dispose of it properly. Also, the “wood” scratches easily- careful there is no sand atop the surface...careful there are no tools or ladders put on the surface as well. Shipped Decking Materials also have been damaged by the nature of how they are strapped to the pallets...there is “scarring” on the boards exposed to the strap. The company needs to find a better method of shipping. Otherwise I love the deck material. It is smooth and silky to the touch and gorgeous.

Buyer beware! We spent over 13K on flooring from Cali Bamboo - literally redid all of our interior floors, loved it so we decided to use their decking for our patio. That was our mistake. We had questions about installation prior to purchasing the decking to make sure it would work, given our setup, so we reached out to the “experts” (Cali Bamboo) for advice. Long story short, we followed their guidance for install.Fast forward three months and one of the fascia boards has cracked and we consistently have planks popping up because their hidden fastener system is hokey. They claim their materials are pet friendly, but just having your dog walk out the door will scratch it.When these issues became problematic, we reached out to Cali Bamboo, thinking it would be covered under the warranty - nope! They said we should have done our due diligence and researched install before we did a “custom build” and now they won’t cover the issues we’re having. The only thing they will do for us is replace the cracked fascia board, but only if we sign a contract that releases and discharges the company from “all claims, rights, actions, causes of action, demands, costs and expenses of any kind whatsoever that Customer now has or may have against Company or has incurred or may incur, arising in any way from order number” and agree not to leave an honest review: “Customer agrees not to intentionally make, or intentionally cause any other person to make, any public statement that is intended to criticize, denigrate or otherwise disparage any Cali Bamboo, or any of its products, services, policies, practices, standards of business conduct, or and any of its affiliates, employees, officers, managers or directors.”We’re not dumb. We told them we weren’t comfortable signing that contract as it’s currently written, but that we’d like to resolve this issue. What’s their reply - NOTHING. Zip, zilch, nada. So now that leaves us with the option of leaving honest reviews online to help others from making our same mistake and reporting them to the Better Business Bureau (which, make note has many complaints filed against them already). So much for a warranty - if you buy this product, their warranty is just a facade and their claims manager (Angela) is even worse.Our advice to you - steer clear of this company altogether! If you have issues, they won’t stand behind their warranty and they’ll do everything they can to disown any responsibility.There are a lot of other great products and companies out there and you’d be wise to go with another one.

Our order came faster than expected and was in great condition when it arrived. We’ve now had our floors down for 4 months and we’re so glad that we chose Cali Bamboo. The floors look great and our two large German Shepherds are no match for the true hardness and durability of the fossilized floors. We completed one whole level in our home and will definitely be moving on to finish the second level soon. Installation with the click fit makes it super simple to get great results. We’ve used other click fit products in the past but these worked so much more consistently on every board we laid. 1600 sq ft. and ready for more. Definitely a great product and top level service from Mitchell Dwelley. Everything from taking the order to delivery of the boards and trim to our door step.

Awesome flooring! It is even more beautiful than the pictures on the site! I got the distressed mocha and I love it! It is dog friendly too! I have 4 dogs with 2 of them being puppies. No matter how much running and sliding they do, no scratches!! I love it!!

Damage do to shipping is the only reason I didnt give 5 stars. Im a DIY person with a full time job so I only worked weekends to build my deck. By the time I got to bottom deck planks sitting on the shipping pallet it was too late to report the shipping damage (two months after they arrived). Four of the planks were damaged so badly that I had to change my deck design. Since each side of the planks have a different texture they cant be flipped over if there are gouges, scratches or cracked edges. So make the effort to look at every bundle of deck planking for damage and remove the plastic wrap. The wrap covered up a lot of the damage.

Mark was great to deal with, made sure I was fully informed of the process and the floors look fabulous!

My sales rep Jake is the main reason I went through with my flooring project. Re-doing every square foot of flooring in my house was intimidating, but Jake was so patient and helpful. He walked me through every step and I’m so happy I chose the luxury vinyl plank flooring through them! I love the quality, the soft quiet step, and the seamless installation. Jake also took the time to consult with my contractor multiple times. If I ever need to put new flooring in another home, I won’t even bother looking anywhere else!

ADDING: CaliBamboo hired a lawyer to write me a letter. They made an offer to refund the cost of the floor if I withdrew my reviews and complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They lied about already making a partial payment (they didnt). When I told the lawyer that, all responses stopped. 3 months later, and I havent heard a peep from them.First (and probably most minor issue, but it impacts what happens later) - they clearly compete with their own major retail distributor (Lowes) that sells their product.  The sales rep tried and tried to get me to buy direct from them. When I told him I was buying from Lowes due to price and convenience, the sales rep completely changed his tone toward me.   This was in 2017.Three years later, I noticed wide gaps forming between some of the floorboards. While I hoped it was a seasonal issue, the problem got worse and worse.I contacted Cali Bamboo.   They were very quick to tell me to call Lowes as the first step in a warranty claim (warranty is for 50 years). I contacted Lowes, who didnt even have a record of the purchase anymore... and why should they, they wont keep customer records for the full 50 years of the warrantyI called Cali Bamboo again and demanded action. I also pointed out a slew of similar online reviews by others, and was told those customers didnt understand the warranty (uh huh).I was then told I needed a certified inspector to come to my home.   I couldnt find anyone locally, and the company said they could find someone.   But Id have to sign a contract for this.  The contract stated that the inspector would rip up a part the floor (he gets to chose which part), and would leave it that way.    Also that I would promise to not leave any negative reviews for Cali Bamboo.   And the worst thing -they would NOT share the inspectors opinion with me. Hard pass.The opinion of myself and many others (there is a class action suit) is that they will blame EVERYONE except themselves -- its the iinstallers fault, its an environmental problem, or of course, its the customers fault.I did have the inspection done. I have extreme doubts about the validity, as there were points made that there was no way he could have known without lifting up the floor. Additionally, my issues and that of many many others here and in other forums are remarkably similar.

LOVED the quality LVP floors that we received with Cali Bamboo. We wanted a blonde oak and we got the Sandbar oak and its almost exactly what we envisioned. Delivery took longer than I would like, but still in a reasonable timeframe. Fransico, our salesperson, was great. Sent samples quickly and that really made our decision to go with Cali Bamboo. Quality is excellent!

Product is great and installation was very easy. Minor issues with my order (received incorrect end caps). The only real negative was with the shipping communication. I received confirmation of delivery only to later find out that the delivery being tracked was only the freight portion, and not the actual delivery to my home. I highly, highly recommend to update the delivery tracking to show projected delivery to the customer, not to an intermediary warehouse.

Love that its waterproof because I saved on having to tile the bathrooms separately! The product was easy to install and looks amazing, even on our slightly sloped floors. This is the 2nd houses I use Cali Bamboo produce. The 1st house we use Bamboo hard wood. I fall in love with it. We bought this house and have to remodeling. I was thinking about hard wood floor again but it is too expensive. So we were looking for alternative. After research and comparison, we came to conclusion. Luxury Vinyl is the best choice for us. I compared vinyl products from different companies. I kept coming back to Cali Bamboo because its looks better, stronger, and thicker. This is high-end product.We decided to use Gray Ash Vinyl. I really really love the outcome❤️. We did it almost the whole house. My husband and I completed most of the floor by ourselves. It is very easy to work with (If you know what you doing) Some boxs was damaged during transportation. I took pictures and sent to company. Company rep. responded really quick. They sent product replacement to us right away. I really impress.Our sale representative, Mr. Greg was very helpful and knowledge. Thank you Mr. GregOver all I am really happy with the product. My baby dogs love it too. The 1st house with bamboo hard wood was a little slippery for my babies to run around. But now they can took off and run without problem. Its water and scratch resistance. My husband and I own a B&B and recently replaced carpeting in two of our guest rooms with Cali Bamboo, having installed their flooring in our personal living room and bedroom last year with great results (floating on slab with a vapor barrier, and it has lasted just fine). My husband installed the flooring himself, both times. The first install last year went great with no issues. We had some bowed boards during the second install this year that were bad enough to not click-in, and Cali sent us replacements so quickly that we didnt have any delay in our install (important for us as a B&B). I’m also sharing this comment from my husband, Dave, who doesnt do social media: “One thing that amazes me is that there is very little waste. The cut end from one row is the starting piece for the next row. The last row needs to be ripped to the correct width, and special shaped pieces throw off a little as well, but thats about it. We experienced only about 2% total in waste, excluding unused boards... compare that to 20-30% waste when ordering carpet for professional installation (and paying for all that at the same rate).” Guests love the new floors. We love them, too. We really appreciate the durability of the flooring and the fact that theyre easy to clean quickly (again from a B&B owner’s perspective). We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Cali Bamboo to our friends.

We recently installed Cali Bamboos Natural Fossilized® Click Bamboo Flooring throughout our entire house (except kitchen & bathrooms). We also bought all the coordinating trim pieces which really pulls it all together. It looks beautiful and weve gotten a ton of compliments. I feel good knowing this is a sustainable resource. I cant say enough good things about our sales rep Joelynda. We had a contrasting border as a design feature and she made sure I had the right quantities for everything. She sent lots of samples in advance to help me choose the right shades. She was so fun to work with and super helpful. She went the extra mile for me on all aspects of the sale : )

I ordered wide plank, tongue and groove, engineered in Boardwalk.Im including several pics of the floor in different angles and lights, because I had a hard time finding that before I ordered. (Excuse the construction mess)I found the customer service at Calibamboo to be amazing. They were helpful at every step of the journey. The flooring Is AMAZING. I LOVE IT. We have been living on it for a month now and it does not disappoint. It was not especially hard to lay. I mean, all flooring is work, but it was pretty strait forward. We put down over 2100 sq/ft, including bathrooms and kitchen because its warranteed for the wet areas. Also, the waste was minimal. I ordered WAY to much, but thats OK.Did I mention that I love it? I do. It feels grey in some lights, but with my wood furniture on top of it, it picks up the brown hues. It really is great since I didnt want to commit to a grey floor or a brown floor. I am getting the best of both worlds with this Boardwalk finish!
