My interaction with Marie was very pleasant. Rainbow Flowers delivered a gorgeous arrangement, with very complicated delivery instructions (because delivering anything to my friends place is not great). Marie is very kind, professional, and obviously very talented. She also wanted to shoot for the highest bar, as she should because shes got real talent, but I was still surprised that she strives for excellence. Many businesses just ignore negative reviews, especially if theyre already successful and doing well. But Marie runs her business passionately and listens to her customers opinions. Part of building a relationship with customers is listening to them, and in todays world, a happy relationship is a huge thing for both businesses and consumers. She definitely has my love and respect. I dont think Ive ever sang praises like this about a business, but she totally blew me away. If I ever were to have a business, I hope I have just as much patience, dedication, and kindness, especially for a business that delivers flowers that represent love and happiness. Marie has a great business here and I really wish her more success! She works hard and definitely makes the effort. Yesterday I went to Rainbow Flowers wanting to get a special bouquet for my friend who turned 92 today. They are mostly taking orders on line but said they could make whatever I needed. I am sorry I did not get the girls named who helped me because she was amazing. She asked how much I wanted to spend and she took it from there. The flower choice was perfect and she put the vase in a box and seat belted it in my car. My lovely friend told me today that the arrangement was the most beautiful she had ever received. Great flowers, but they missed my Valentines Day delivery! They decided to deliver them the next day, and to upgrade them from 12 to 18 roses. However, I would have been much more pleased with the removal of the V-day up charge. Will not buy again
