This company is great! Brad and Thomas installed a patio door,,huge arched window, bay window and 8 other windows plus the trim and caulking and I have to say they look fantastic. Brad and Thomas installed 4 windows and a sliding door. They did a great job! I would definitely recommend. They were quick, cleaned as they went, and answered my questions. Brad even took the time to show me how to remove things for easy cleaning.

Been a great experience, our windows took awhile since the manufacturer was behind but we were told this beforehand and well aware of it. Brad, Thomas, Rafa, Jacob were our guys that did the install. Very attentive, very professional, they worked non stop to get everything done in a timely matter. We had some issue with the house and they pointed it out so it doesnt become an issue.We were referred to them by our friends and glad we went with them.

Brad & Rafa were out to our house on 5/11/2021 to replace 5 pieces of glass in our Amsco windows that failed over time. Manufacturing issue not an installation issue. They arrived on time and did a great job! Very happy with the service.

I had PPWD install thermal windows at our house and couldnt be happier! The whole process was amazing, from start to finish. We ended up getting a new patio sliding door, that the installer recommended. What a great idea! I needed a replacement for my patio door and because my HOA required to have the AMSCO Windows brand i found Picture Perfect Windows and Doors as one of the AMSCO dealers in San Diego. I also checked with other AMSCO dealers in San Diego, however Picture Perfect Windows and Doors is the BEST! Let me tell you why…They were very responsive from the time I requested for an estimate to sending someone to do the measurements. Jose was efficient and knowledgeable in all my emails and queries. My HOA also approved my Architectural Application the same day i submitted my application, thanks to Jose for getting all the licenses, measurements and paperworks ready. Dalton was also wonderful in explaining the project timeline and by showing up on the day of installation. The estimated start of work for my project was for 8/12/2021 and Dalton was able to squeezed me in for an earlier installation- 3 weeks in advance! This really made me happy!!! Brad and Raf were the installers and I couldn’t be happier with the excellent job they did. They were respectful of the space, very knowledgeable and really took the time to install my patio door in “Picture Perfect” condition. Brad and Raf did amazing for making sure all the gaps, and the old frame were covered. Raf also put caulking all throughout the frame where it is needed. These guys knows what they’re doing & the professionalism is commendable. Most home projects can be stressful, but honestly with this project I did not get stressed at all. I am very satisfied with the whole process of this project , the glass quality and workmanship. I highly recommend this team to your doors and windows needs. The process with these guys was easy and on point from start to finish. The installation crew--Brad and Thomas--were professional, efficient, cool to chat with while they were working, but most importantly--they did a great job putting in our double-paned windows that have absolutely decimated the noise-factor in our apartment on busy W. We bought windows and sliders back in 2016 from Jim and Picture Perfect. He was professional and helpful then and just recently helped me again when one of my screens needed fixing. After install we had a small issue with one of the doors and PPW&D promptly came out and took care of it w/o question.
