The worst company with the slowest shipping/receiving office. There are 4 people in the office and I don’t know what they are doing on the computer but there is a whole lot of nothing happening. You really have to get them going by talking to them or they will do nothing.

Way is very tight here, very busy but they unload in 30 mins i just have 9 pallets

Horrible place to deliver, way over booked, super long wait times ( ELD clock killer)! And super dangerous place to park a 53 foot trailer. Refuse any loads in or out of this place. The employees are friendly and work fast but they really need a much bigger and nicer facility.

Hard place to deliver if you dont speak Spanish huge language barrier here. Only send bilingual drivers. And its very busy all day here 1st come unloading and loading

To park 53ft is a little tight but possible. Real busy place. Fast loading.

The entrance to this business is only from one side, where, as viewed from the satellite, stop signs are drawn on the asphalt. there are also security guards who regulate who where and give doors. Often the queue for entry starts right on the road, and therefore you have to stand to waste time. but not always. after parking at the door, if you have a delivery, you need to go to the very end of the building, there is a reception office. there you will have to fill out a special form where you write your data and the door under which you parked. try to unload quickly.

Previously they sent me JDGROUP OR BLS and it was a martyrdom to enter that agency, now they tell me loads or deliveries in RL JONES and I know it will take two or three hours to enter the dock alone as long as it takes me to register and put load in my truck or lower it, you will wonder if there are no people working inside, the answer is if there are people, and too many but not all working, if you enter the cage you will see three or more people with the charge of loading and unloading both for MX as for the USA sitting or talking one or the other pulling face with the office girls and other bags that only seek to load or unload the easiest thing or two or three pallets down there and that they are not heavy and if they are much better boxes ...
