While prices are cost effective, the service and quality lacks.I ordered posters for my company and I had to reach out a week after the stated delivery date before Printivity actually decided to ship them (Note: my company also paid extra for shipping). When the posters finally arrived, the corners of the posters were bent. Wouldnt suggest this printing company, try searching around for alternatives. We definitely wont be using them again.

Several days later I received an email stating they can only print double sided, my file was too large.. no other info included. Come to find out they want an additional $55 to now print the book. So they have a spendy charge for shipping. But the last order I placed which was some medium sized posters/art prints came in a box that looked like it went through a war zone. The box was crushed, bent and broken. Inside my prints were in perfect shape. Not a scratch, or bend in them. Was totally shocked, and grateful for the effort they put into their packaging. The price of shipping was well worth it! And the prints/posters look awesome as well.

Customer service needs much improvement. I would like to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume its because they are overworked or underpaid or some kind of unhappiness at work. Every time I call for any questions, or corrections, or clarifications, I am met with someone who is clearly busy, unhappy, and doesnt have time to listen to the customers concerns. Ive been cut off, talked over, abruptly answered with no explanations and just overall feel very sad that we have no other option for printing our booklets.

I reached out to Printivity yesterday after doing a Google search for super fast booklet printing. I am in charge of a school event that required 300 full-color, 20-page booklets that are being given as gifts to the students. My usual supplier for printed materials has been Vistaprint, but my order had been delayed twice and I learned yesterday that the booklets were not going to arrive on time and the kids would not receive them before school ends on Friday. When I called Printivity, the person I spoke to was excellent, walked me through what to order and how, and she ensured that my order was marked as time-sensitive. After I placed the order, I received another call from a man named Ryan who wanted to ensure I saw the proof and answer any questions. This all unfolded yesterday afternoon between noon and 3 pm, and by 11:00 AM today, I had 300 beautifully printed booklets on my porch ... on the other coast, as I am in Virginia and they were printed in California. In under 24 hours! All this, and the booklets were actually less expensive than Vistaprint. They are gorgeous, and I am so relieved, and Printivity has a new loyal customer in me! Cannot thank you enough for coming through on this order. You folks are the BEST.

Absolutely no consistency in printing, altered my files to account for the poor printing (shadows far too dark) of my hard copy proof only to have the final order not have the original issue. Now my final order is full of lifeless, low contrast prints.

Initially I had good experience with my first order with Printivity. My second order hit a bump. Thankfully Prinivity was there to help out. The quality I got wasnt what I had been expecting. I had a good sized order of product that did not turn out due to the print files. I emailed Alix with Printivity and he was able to fix my order at no additional cost. Now I have an order that my customers will be more than pleased with. Additionally, the new order came out better than the old. Communication with Printivity is on par and I have never had an issue contacting them via phone or email and I always receive prompt responses.

Prints were high quality nothing to complain about at all.Price was very Good!Shipping was quick!Only not perfect part was proofing. Only tip I would give them is the person you speak to on customer service end should be person that does the proof setup to make the changes right first time.

So far, so great with MGX Copy. I needed a saddle-stitched booklet printed quickly due to a different print shop botching the first test I did. Im a designer and I can be particular, but the other shop (not MGX) really screwed up the job. My project is a 28 page booklet, printed on 100 lb gloss text for interior pages and 100 lb gloss cover with UV coating for the cover. My delivery from MGX was right on time and Im very impressed with the print quality and craftsmanship. Ive also received prompt and friendly customer service. We had a small problem with the art and they went into overtime to make it right. I know this was a small order and didn’t make good financial sense on its own, but I have been telling my friends around the country for over a year now about the insanely cheap pricing and great service. After browsing the internet for online printers, I chose MCX Copy because they had a chat feature that allowed me ask questions about my publication. They were immediately responsive and helped me to understand the publication process. They even made changes for me! The quote they gave me was less than half of the quote I received from a brick and mortar store. I highly recommend them and will definitely reorder and use them for a different publication. Just an edit now that my order came in. Earlier, I wrote that I was a tad disappointed with the paper I wanted being out of stock and my order being delayed. Totally turning this review around because MGX Copy made up for the inconveniences.They were able to print my files on the paper I wanted plus sent it in quite quickly. I was very surprised! They also were able to print a few extras. What I received exceeded my expectation immensely! Definitely going to order from MGX Copy again. I was a little hesitant at first with the minor setbacks but they definitely made up for it.Highly recommend this place. They keep you up to date with the process and will call you if you there are any problems with your order. :) I cannot express how impressed I am with this place. So happy to have found a nice printing service online!Update: I wrote this review 4 years ago. MGX Copy is now called Printivity. I still order from them every now and then and they still do excellent work! Still highly recommend!

Just used MGX Copy for the first time for a short run magazine project. They delivered right on time, and both print and finishing quality were exceptional. Pentastellar rating!
