For the gentleman accusing the person answering the phone as being cold, you couldnt be more wrong.Ive had many dealings with Jeff in the past. Hes a great guy and the most honest bullion dealer I have ever done business with.Because he is so good at what he does, hes incredibly busy. So if you call him, dont try to be chatty. Just state your business, he will take care of you, and then be on your way so the man can help the next person.If you are in the business, Jeff is the best there is.

The gentleman answering the phone was extremely cold in demeanor and tone. He answered my call with every bit of disgust in his voice. He didnt identify the business when picking up, so I thought I may have had the wrong number. When I asked, he confirmed I was calling the right place, but sighed and huffed with every other word as if I just created the greatest human burden imaginable by forcing him to pick up a ringing telephone.Not dealer recommended.
