Placed a large laminate flooring order over the phone with ease. Sisi was able to answer all of my questions, and made the process seamless. When it came time for delivery, Dave arrived on time and went above and beyond in unloading everything by hand and stacking the order neatly in my garage. Thanks Flooring Liquidators!!

So far 5 stars, I was helped by Taylor and she made sure I got everything I needed, educated me on the optional options I had available. Tony made sure the price was competitive for me. Ill be installing the flooring in the next week or so, so if anything changes, ill update!UPDATE: the flooring was installed with plenty left over. I installed myself with some YouTube videos, and its not to shabby!

We had an incredible experience with Brenda. For some reason I was under the impression that this place would be overpriced and not competitive, that was very far from the truth! Great service, very competitive, great selection, everything you could want in a flooring provider. We shopped around quite a bit and spoke to a dozen different flooring places and Brenda made sure that they were always competitive and she was truly an absolute pleasure to work with.A lot of people in the contracting industry can be a bit flat and somewhat unhelpful. For us this was our first time doing a big renovation and Brendas personable nature was very meaningful to us as part of our experience throughout the process and a big reason we chose to go here, as well as the competitive pricing. We were also very happy with the installers that they put is in touch with.

Nice big store with lots of selection and good prices. The staff of 2 ladies took great care of us and also celebrated International Womens Day by loading our purchase on their forklift and brought to our truck in the parking lot. Way to go ladies!!

Wish I found this place sooner...one of the best flooring stores in San Diego in my opinion. Great quality and selection of products, for much less than most competitors, and the staff I met (Alex and McKenna) were super nice and very helpful. I only needed a 100 square foot hallway done in glued, engineered hardwood, but most contractors had an $800+ minimum. Alex gave me some good references and I found a contractor (Raúl) who offered to do the job for only $300! Installation is scheduled for tomorrow, so Ill update this post after its finished. They are mostly hardwood/vinyl/laminate but also stock some awesome backing tiles for kitchen/bath. I plan to return for these later when I re-do my kitchen. Check out some of the backer tiles below...8/2/18 UPDATE: Raúl sent over a flooring installer named Ivan last Wednesday. Ivan seemed to know what he was doing right off the bat, and was a very nice and down to earth person. He analyzed the flatness of my hallway and decided that it was not flat enough, so he grinded the high spots and filled the low spots with self-leveling underlayment, then returned again on Friday to cut and glue down the boards. Ivan did a very good job...not perfect...but close enough...and for only $400 (ended up being $100 more due to the non-flatness of the floor) it was well worth the cost, and as Im kind of a perfectionist, few people can meet my sometimes unrealistically high ideals anyways. Ivan did an especially nice job butting up the flooring to the carpet in the rooms (I think most transitions to carpet are ugly and often fail over time). The only thing which bugged me a little was that the door frames were cut up a little higher than I expected, but I think he had to do this to get the boards underneath without smearing the glue. Not sure if thats a standard practice or not for glued installations post-construction, but I plan to fill the gaps with caulk and touch up the paint. Overall Im pleased with this installer and contractor. Raúl was also pretty good about answering my calls/texts in a timely manner. I still have to do some work before the baseboard can be installed, but below are some photos of my new, solid, beautiful Flooring Liquidators Napa Valley Milan Maple floor...

Nice deal on flooring. Got recommended types of end caps. Went with recommendation. They didnt work out after all. Asked plenty of times to refund, and they wont budge. Now stuck with useless material without recommendation from sellers to get rid of them.

Quite happily surprised by Flooring Liquidators. Stopped in on a whim. Found exactly the carpet I was looking for, contacted an installer they referred me to and it will all be installed in a week. Taylor was 5 star. Saved me an easy 30% over other places where I found the same carpet.

I rolled into this location after hitting up several other flooring spots off mira mar. I was exhausted, I felt very defeated and overwhelmed by pricing of other stores material and installation.I decided to give it one more try and i stopped in here at FLOORING LIQUIDATORsI am sooooo BEYOND happy I did. Taylor was an incredible service rep, From start to finish. She was Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. As a 1st time buyer on flooring I had a million questions.Their pricing was so good and fair, they notified me of sale pricing on certain products. They were so flexible in regards to ordering and delivering and put me in touch with a just as wonderful installer called FLOORWORX. Who also went way out of their way to meet our needs. After feeling so overwhelmed with other places, working with this company was a dream.I highly highly highly recommend buying from flooring liquidators and using their installer Aaron from floor worx . I cant emphasize it enough. Do not waste your time anywhere else.Taylor and Aaron thank you for helping me make my house a home 🏡

This store has excellent selections; the sales associates are knowledgeable and attentive to customers. My husband and I are doing a renovation project, we came to this store per recommendation of a neighbor. Alex managed our account and he is always on top of things. He is patient with our needs, explaining all details; he is responsible and resourceful. Renovations can be chanlleges, Alex helped us overcome them. We are grateful!

We came in at 4:55 on a friday .. They close at 5 p.m. The sales rep stayed with us till 6 p.m., helping us with selections, pricing, warranty information, etc. We ended up buying about 7k worth of flooring, but we had been to several locations prior, and it always helps to know what your looking for, and also have a rep (like the one at Flooring Liquidators) that is knowledgeable and can help you get set up for your installation. We highly recommend these guys..

Feel free to read below for more detail but heres the Cliffs Notes Version. They are nice in the store. They have no clue when the flooring will be available for youThey give you firm dates and say theyve actually padded them just in case the flooring is late. The flooring still doesnt come in when they say it will. You find out they have flooring that you were told you would get on a certain date but its held for contractors who I assume they have lots of business with.In the end since you are normal homeowner only ordering 1700 square feet you will be put the the back of the line over and over again and when you tell them you cannot wait they basically have you cancel your order and youre stuck starting over.I gave 1 star because I could not give negative stars. While in the store representatives were very polite and helpful so we assumed this would be positive experience. We found flooring that we liked and wanted to get a box to see how it would look in the lighting of our home. We were told the flooring was in another warehouse and would be in the following week. No call or email until we called to make sure they would be open on the agreed pickup date and at that time learned the flooring was not in. Ok delays happen so we thought no big deal. When we picked up the flooring a week later they apologized and told us to give them a weeks notice if we liked the flooring so they could make sure it was in. We liked the flooring so we put in the order giving them 2 weeks time because of the first experience. They came back to us and told us sorry its going to be 3 weeks this time but we have some in stock that were holding for contractors and well see if any of them are willing to give up their lot because they dont have a pickup date. No one was willing go give up their lot so we said ok well wait which our contractor was not happy about because he had to pull his guys off the job and will have to come back. We scheduled the flooring installer for a week after they said the flooring would be in to give them time if there was another delay. I called to confirm the flooring would be in 2 days before they said because I had heard from no one. At this time they said the flooring was delayed 2 more weeks. We rescheduled multiple workers that were waiting on the flooring so they could do their jobs once again. We are now waiting on the flooring again only to speak to them today and find out that the flooring wont be available for us to pick up for another 2.5 months.I am learning how this business works and its unfortunate but the flooring comes in and builders or larger contracts get your flooring because they are repeat business. The fact that you are purchasing 1700 square feet and will not need flooring for many years means you will not get any of the 8000 square feet that is sitting in a ware house waiting for builders to need it. (this was shared with my by one of their employees over the phone but not the in store representatives). Our flooring has probably arrived on other occasions but due to the fact that bigger contracts may need the flooring losing us is just the cost of doing business.I will tell everyone I know that they should avoid flooring liquidators if they have a timeline they are trying to meet.I typically dont write reviews because an experience could be a one off but in this case it happened over an over again along the way so I felt it was appropriate and accurate.

5-29-2018:We are very pleased with the Coretec vinyl plank flooring and service we received at Flooring Liquidators. Their pricing was excellent and Alex and Tony were very helpful. We appreciated the help we received from Alex in loading the flooring into our van and in processing the return of one box of flooring that was not needed. We are also extremely pleased with the installation job done by KMH Flooring. This is our 2nd job with them and they again exceeded our expectations. Lead installer, Juan, is highly skilled, professional, and effective. He did an awesome job on our steps!4-28-2021:After almost 3 years of flawless performance, we noticed a small, 9-inch section of the Coretec vinyl plank flooring that we had purchased from Flooring Liquidators had contracted in one of the bathrooms so that it was no longer completely covered by the baseboard. We contacted KMH Flooring owner, Kevin Hollingsworth, who’s company had done the original installation, and he came out and amazingly fixed the problem in less than 5 minutes without removing the baseboard! We are happy with both the material and installation, and highly recommend both Flooring Liquidators and KMH Flooring!
