Scheduled online for four of us to go paddle boarding and there was a little bit of a mix-up, but their customer service is awesome! (Thank you Maile!) And they more than made up for it. Both of the young men that were there that day were really helpful and its a beautiful peaceful location (we were there on a Friday). Were definitely gonna be back to try the kayaking and Ive already told my friends about this. Best $25 per hour weve spent in a long time! Very happy customer!

This place was absolutely Amazing and the experience was an unforgettable one. I was in San Diego for my birthday weekend and decided to book a paddleboarding session for a group of four so I had found west coast paddle sports online and saw they were reasonably priced and highly recommended. We had originally planned for and booked to be on our own boards but then decided to go together on one huge board once we found out the option was available to change. They were so kind about accommodating us on our last minute change of heart. We even bought these cool waterproof cases they offered so we could take pictures with our phones out on the water, which I totally love and will use again for a future planned visit. The woman instructor was really Awesome in providing quickly directions and rules on what we needed to know and answered all of our questions beforehand so we could feel comfortable on what we needed to do once we were in the water. When we headed into shore after an hour on the water I could feel my cheeks hurting from laughing and smiling so much that I couldnt wait to start thinking of the next time to do it again. The experience was the highlight of my whole birthday weekend and that I definitely would recommend anyone to try. I will for sure be returning to this location for my next San Diego visit and maybe next time try another fun experience they offer, like kayaking. 👍

Service with a smile ( hard to tell under a mask but its top notch) this is a place you should stop by everytime you leave Costco. New boards monthly, most boards gone monthly so dont sleep on that one you saw and went back for because its effin gone! 10/10 would recomend

I had a problem with my paddleboard which was just out of warranty. After talking with the great guys at the shop and the manufacturers rep (Molly), I received a warranty replacement board. Bob and his team are wonderful people, honest and helpful. I have bought from WCPS and had repair done to my board. Everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable not only about their products, but about the sport of SUP. They create a family atmosphere with their customers who are very loyal. I have had many people recommend West Coast and now I know why!
