I was lucky to go on sale day. They had lots of special on jackets and I got some good deals .

I love this place! I didnt know they were here. They have a sample sale 2 times a year and I was beyond lucky to get something for myself. I got a $180 jacket for $50. The discounts are really great. Would absolutely recommend. The people are also so kind.

I recently went to the North Face Las Americas store in San Diego and had a great experience! I needed to return an item and the store manager, Freddy, was extremely helpful. He ensured that the return was done correctly. The staff that helped me with the return were kind and courteous. Also, a sale rep helped answer some questions about a jacket, and he was very knowledgeable. This is a great store with helpful staff.

Very Bad Service. I purchased a North Face Gift card for the same exact amount of my receipt in front of the cashier through United Airlines Mileage Plus x App. the cashier told me that she has to verify the Gift Card is Valid on a separate system. which took almost an hour. she comes back and tells me that the system is down and that she cannot accept the gift card.which was a lie because you can call the Customer service and verify right away. She told me to come back later and she will put everything on lay away for the next day. I went back today, nothing was on hold. I had to pick up everything all over again, I went to pay and they said they dont accept Gift Cards. I have an account with them and even showed them my last purchases with them. they still did not care. I called united Mileage Plus X and filed a complaint with them as well.

Great selection l, friendly staff. The store is always nicely keep and they have great deals. I always come here during the week to avoid the weekend crowds. The staff has told me thet they get new stuff every Tuesday so keep that in mind.

I felt the selection here was quite limited compared to other outlet stores and small shops Ive visited. Ive had issues with inconsistency in TNF sizing and ran into that here, meaning I fit into multiple different sizes depending on items. The store was clean and well-organized. The staff here though, was the best part. We were helped by Carlos who approached us relatively quickly to ask about any questions. When I had some, Carlos answered them in depth and helped me find additional sizes.

This place was great. Didnt even know it existed until my significant other told me about it. Great deals, and great selection. The staff was very helpful and very friendly.

This place sure came in handy when I was looking for some slightly warmer clothing for the San Diego winter. Though I was a bit disappointed that the majority of the selection here is not performance clothing or gear (i.e. for trekking, biking, winter sports, etc.), and that the sales staff were not at all knowledgeable (they didnt know what I meant when I asked them if they sold base layers), pricing is amazing. I went straight to the back of the store, where the limited selection of performance clothing is, and it was all 60% off. I got some great grid fleece and a FlashDry shirt. Though the cuts are a little bit off and they dont have the performance of, say, a Patagonia regulator fleece, they work well and cost less than $30!
