Just finished a project for new counters in our kitchen, hallway and bathrooms as well as nome new cabinets. Worked with Hlai and I could not speak more highly. She has been easy to communicate with and very responsive, even during weekend and holidays (I tried not to, but had questions that she quickly answered.). Her design advice has been great, and everything came back as quoted and on time. I was also impressed with the folks the came in to do the work. They were always on time and polite, also finished everything they were planning to every day. This is written during Covid, and I appreciated the constant use of masks by them too. I will certainly go back for future projects.

To start, I was given a quote by someone and when I went in to actually pay for everything, the owner unapologetically told me that the price was off by about $6000. I ended up taking some things off the ticket and moving forward anyway.Now to the install. Kitchen boutiques sub-contractors did a terrible job. They left my oven so unlevel when I open it, the racks come flying out which is extremely dangerous. At one point the owner came out and said he would fix it but then I never heard from them again and they ignore my emails. They refuse to fix it even after getting their insurance involved. And their insurance wont fix it now because theyre blaming the subcontractor.In addition to that, the ply board that is supposed support the counter is warped and drops below the counter. Not only does it not support the 12 ft slab above it, it looks terrible. The owner said he would fix this too, but never did anything.Lastly, in addition to leaving the oven unlevel, one of their workers slipped in my kitchen, split his forehead open, and cracked the cabinet framing on both sides of the oven.Ive given these folks a year to fix this stuff but they refuse. Such a shame. I cant make sense of the negligence here.

Is there a 10 STAR option!? I have been dreaming of a new kitchen since I bought my home 3 years ago....and now the reality has exceeded my dreams! Kitchen Boutique is A+ game in home renovation! I worked with Hlai who was able to draw up me some designs that exceeded what I needed but stayed in a budget I needed to work with. The experience was great from Day 1 where she just simply got to know me, my likes, dislikes, and reactions to different decor. Through that we talked budget and then started designing. Just when I thought the designs could not be any more perfect- She and her business partner Patti called with an upgrade that was small but made all the difference to switch the spots on my sink and dishwasher. Once designs were finalized the whole crew was out to my home within 2 weeks to start the project. My kitchen was demolished in a day and a plumber was on the way. We hit a snag of a leaking pipe (thank god we found it!) on demo day- a friday- and when the plumber said he didnt work weekends, Hlai was on the phone negotiation and fixing the issue and he was there for me bright and early Saturday morning to finish the job! I was so impressed! Over the next 2 days new cabinets and counter tops were installed and just 3 days later my appliances found their new homes. By Day 5 I was putting my kitchen back together and Day 6 of renovation I was making homemade Risotto!!! PHENOMENAL! Hlai was available to me at all hours of the day by text, phone, or email. It felt like talking to someone from my family and I looked forward to our conversations. I seriously cannot emphasize how easy, fast, and efficient such a big task was executed.I even had the team put some cabinets Hlai recommended into my very awkward downstairs bathroom/laundry. I now love that space I dreaded as well.I highly highly recommend swinging by and chatting with Hlai and team for your ideas on anything cabinet, kitchen, or organization related because there is a solution they will have!!!! SO HAPPY!!!!

I was referred to Kitchen Boutique through a friend of mine who had already hired them for a project on his kitchen.I came down to their showroom to see what they had in stock and find out how quickly they could finish my kitchen cabinets and some countertops. I got to say Im impressed, they did a superb job for a very competitive price.

My two favorite things are, great price and very nice people to work with. I was able to re-do my kitchen counters and cabinets and stay well within my budget all while working with very knowledgeable and friendly people.

Beautiful showroom and lots of great products.Get a quote and they will wow you with the prices.

I cant say enough about what a great experience it was working with Hlai and her team at Kitchen Boutique. I originally put out a yelp request for quotes on installing quartz counter tops in my kitchen . I received varying levels of professional well developed quotes. Hlai was the only one that truly looked at my drawings and called to ask about the electrical that runs through the existing pony wall.Additionally, the fact that there is a nice showroom and you can get face-to-face communication anytime is a great plus. Her price was below other large companies in San Diego. I would absolutely use them again and plan on using them for the backsplash. Most importantly, the countertops look fantastic.

It was fun going to this stablishment and talk to The owner Hlai about the different colors and possibilities for my kitchen countertops and cabinets. Excellent selection and great customer service.

Ly have my kitchen finished and it looks now much better than I even imagined. Working with Hlai and having her look at different kitchen countertop colors and materials was a total pleasure. Im so happy that I chose Kitchen Boutique to work on my kitchen remodeling project. I looked for many companies and looked through reviews but after I spoke with Hlai and saw their positive reviews here on yelp I made up my mind and now I know I made the right choice!Thank you very much. I recommend them for sure.
