If I could give 6 stars, I would. I was told by Longchamp this stain wasn’t repairable. All lies—just look at the photos!!I brought it to the Euro shop in hopes of a different outcome—and boy did they deliver. They did a great job carefully explaining the different options and costs to a newbie like me.They even had the brilliant idea of moving the Longchamp sign to the BACK of the purse (back and front are identical) in order to save the purse. They cleaned the whole purse, treated the stain, and re-colored the middle section that had the stain. I was almost in tears when I saw how great it turned out. They are 100% worth the money. A lot of love and hard work goes into their services and it shows.

Extremely amazing people 100000% I was nervous leaving my coach purse that was my aunts who passed away with anyone to get fixed ,but the man was so beyond nice and took his time explaining to me what would be done and was completely honest,not trying to push more on me and genuinely cared and understood what the purse means to me. I would highly recommend them to anyone and Ill be back with any other fixes I need!!!!

Fixed the zipper pull on my large suitcase. Great work and fixed it quickly. Seemed a bit high in price they charged ($28) but felt obligated to pay it because not too many places provide this service.

I brought an instrument case in for a zipper replacement and, though they easily could have sold me a repair, they pointed out to me that the other slider of the mechanism made the zipper close well; it is just mildly inconvenient to use due to its placement and had never been used. No repair done, no charge. Just a happy customer who sincerely appreciates their honesty and professionalism.

I brought in my BCD with a broken plastic zipper (a floating device for scuba diving). It was recommended by a scuba diver professional to just cut the entire front pocket off because it would be too hard replace and secure a new plastic proprietary zipper from a discontinued line. This guy tried calling the company for me and then decided to fix it exactly the way that I wanted him to and it was very well done. Good guy, smart, decently priced, five stars all around. Very pleased

Ive gone here often during the last few years and they have always done an excellent job, at reasonable prices, and the items were always done on the scheduled date.

I thought my briefcase was history but this guy fixed it so well you cannot even tell it was repaired, and I know it was a lot of work to do! Would definately recommend him to everyone! I am going back with another repair that Im sure he will be able to do.

I had an old pair of really cool leather converse but the heel was blown out. Dude is a magician with leather and re-stitching. He replaced the heel and it wasnt too expensive. A little over 20 per shoe.4.5 stars just because dude said they would be done Saturday and he didnt call until 1 hour before they close on Saturday... Shouldve just said Monday (closed Sunday).
