Im from out of town and found this place randomly next to my sisters house. I wanted to visit a local retro video game place and was surprised to find this place... Purchased several Japanese and American retro games and affordable prices. Books were used but were in amazing condition. You cant go wrong with the dollar shelves. Lots of great selection. Will definitely be back when I am in town.

This place is awesome!! Great prices and a wide range of books. Lots of deals for $1 to $2.50 and up. They also have video games and a lot of dvds. Will deff be back, by far one of my fave book stores Ive been to in a while and will be going back for all my used book needs

A nice well-organized store, with loads of media and products spanning multiple genres and interest. I think a better name for the store would be Impulse, because your going to find something, buy it, and take it home, regardless if its a few bucks cheaper online.

Lots of cool, rare stuff but all the good stuff is so overpriced. It seems like all of it just stays on the shelves too instead of getting bought up. So if you like to look at really nice overpriced things then it’s worth a visit.

Definitely carries a wide variety of products. Didnt think the items would be marked up as high as I thought they would be. Didnt realize it was some sort of specialty general store that sold items at an extremely high price point. But now I know and only return for a specific item versus browning.

This place is known as a blockbuster videos with steroids. I love this place and all there great DVDs and more. Ive been shopping here since last year and Im always happy with everything I see.

I expected something else frankly speaking. I was looking for a book for a gift but there are only used books. However, there plenty of books! Apart from that, not only used books are sold there. Youll find many used things for affordable price though.

Good for gamers and Anime collectors. But prices are a too high on old stuff.

2 stars for the music section because of the crazy mark up on anything cool.

Great place to find movies and TV shows for very affordable prices. You can also sell your stuff but I would not recommend it because they would buy it for dirt cheap since they need to make profit. Highly recommended if you are looking for Japanese and Korean Pop culture toys and literature. I could spend the whole day here.

This is a awesome place, they have toys, video games, books, CDs, they have a lot if fun stuff, the people there are so cool and friendly. Really appreciate everyones support. Prices are really good. Awesome selection of whatever you degenerate weebs love and, in some cases, hate. Tons of figures, video games, table top games, manga, anime, including japanese imports, and speaker systems oddly enough. Pretty good prices on older games and solid pieces of eye candy hidden behind glass. Perfect place to find that niche you need to itch.

There is a good selection of a lot of cool items but some of the prices can be off. For example their used Blurays can sometimes be just as much or only a few dollars less than the exact same movie brand new unopened. Definitely look up prices online before you buy anything to make sure youre not overpaying for opened and used items.

Fun Thrift Store full of books, Electronics, movies and such for any nerd or gamer. Wide selection of action figures and stands for different franchises. Prices are a little high for the electronics. Some of the used items are priced higher than the new ones themselves

I used to love shopping at book off... Unfortunately their prices have gotten so inflated. Ive literally seen them selling items for $40 when theyre at Walmart for 9$. I would recommend looking things up online before you purchase them.

Keep in mind I was only browsing. If you are looking for a cozy place to find a wide variety of product, from collectable figures and gaming systems, to dvds and a huge selection of books this is the place for you. No associates breathing down your neck to make a purchase and if you need anything they seem happy to help. Keep in mind alot of the books are gently used and there isnt a guarantee of finding a complete series, though you may just stumble across a gem. I do think it has charm. With lots of $1 & $2.50 options its super affordable to shop books. To my fellow readers: It definitely wouldnt hurt to give this place a try.

This place is really cool. Wall to wall books, DVDs, games, toys and electronics all second hand in both English and in Japanese. Lots of Anime. They also buy your used books and games. I honestly think they could use a bigger retail space with their huge inventory. Fun place to browse.

Its a big store with lots of books and games, when I first entered the first thing I saw was anime merchandise! I saw so many cool things, the had figurines, buttons, funko pops, games, Manga etc

We bought ipod nano but no one knew how much memory it had. When we got home & plugged it into computer, it wouldnt let us so anything cause the previous owner was still on it! All files, etc were deleted but Philips account was still there. Very disappointed cause we needed it for camp!

Fun place to comb around if you have time to dig. Great selection of PS4 games at better prices than Gamestop. Didnt find too many gems in the Blu Ray selection but this would be paradise for anime fans.

I love this store! Every time I go, I leave with an arm full of cheap books. You can find basically brand new books for just $5.50. If you are a big reader like me, skip Barnes and Noble and check this place out first. I just bought the illustrated edition of Harry Potter and the Sorcerers Stone for just $5.50. At Barnes and Noble this would have been lile $35 and on Amazon $27. And the book looks brand new!

This place is great. I buy and sell there regularly dvds,books,toys,cell phones. Prices are fair on both sides. If you are going to sell I suggest organizing your stuff only bring things that are in a condition you would buy and plan something to do while the estate takes place. They work fast but they do get a lot of sellers. I usually walk the store or go eat. Average time for me is an hour or two but I do bring a lot. Friendly staff with a Japanese politeness to them all regardless of their nationality

Awesome place to come every time for sure but yikes some of their items are overpriced. For example..I found the A Star is Born on 4K blu ray was priced at $44.99. Seriously? I found it on Amazon brand new for $24.99 and get this...I went to a different bookoff in Orange County and they had the same exact movie for $22.99. What gives! I only come here because my Japanese wife loves buying her books here.
