Do Not Use Then......... Ever...... Icommissioned jose to do my sea ray on nov 9 promised me he would be down by 24th. He was not and I was forced to rent a boat for thanksgiving. Then when he did finish this is what he brought me. Looks like a 12 year old boy did the work. The only reason I used Baja Canvas and Jose was because he had done my friends boat in 2 years ago and it looked amazing, he charged him 1200 for 10 cushions (which I’ll share the photo below)He tried charging me 2400 for 10 cushions but after some arguments me settled on 1700 for 10 cushions and he will remove and install and I would pay half (850) and the other half on completion. On nov24. After no contact from him, I showed up to his shop and they still where not done. Not Only that’s it looked bad and I had to point out stitching that was already tearing apart which he said was going fix. On Nov 27 he started to put my interior back in and I told home how bad it looked, the parts that he said he wouldFix on the 24th had not been fixed and it was even worse. I walked him over to my buddies boat which he has just paid 1200 for and it still looked amazing and he agreed to fix my interior.... Fast forward to today dec 15. After 4 Try’s to see him at his shop. 10 phone called and about 29 text with pictures and messages , some guy came Marco calls back and says “ he will fix any problems but I just bring the interior”. No time Line. First off to remove my interior he used a saw and hammer and cut off all the mount point and at the I asked what the plan was and he said “I’ll use quick mounts to install.. that didn’t happen. I hired supposed professionals to do my interior and to remove and install, which I don’t want to break anything like I saw him do when he removed some stuff. I’ve attached just a few of the problem areas and the photos where taken at time of install . I’ve also had a different interior company come out and explain it “can’t be just fixed it must be re done” and I agree. Just must be redone by another company.I’m in the process of filling in small claims court, but don’t be me don’t use these frauds ever...The last photo is from the boat I saw that made me choose him. Too bad he didn’t honer his commitments, that boat still looks great.

I needed a part for my Bimini. They gave me a used replacement part at no charge. Great attitude.They could have charged me $15.00 for the part and I would have been a happy boater.I would definitely do business with Baja Canvas in the future.

I needed emergency help on my canvass over the holiday weekend. Above and beyond very helpful. Baja will be my go to company for any canvass work Ill be needing in the future.

Jose has done a couple of, custom, jobs for me, and they were great quality and very reasonable. This week he reupholstered my rail cushions and bench seat...I was blown away, so beautiful, I a, so stoked...feels like a new boat!!
