I ordered, and paid for, some Blantons-spent over $200 and the Blantons came with the seal broken and white seal tape wrapped around the broken seal. I tried to contact them regarding this via email over two weeks ago and have had no response. pretty piss poor service especially with this amount of money spent. would not order from them again!

The good reviews for this place have to be fake or paid for. They don’t contact anyone back and I should have researched before my purchase. Pay attention to the bad reviews that will give you the correct one. Spent $58 and haven’t had so much of a return email or Facebook message. They sure made sure to take the payment though! Also you can call the company but no one will answer.

Prices are absurd.

Made an online order and FedEx dropped the ball. I emailed them to explain that FedEx was holding the package as undeliverable when it never left San Diego. They immediately created another order and shipped my order out to me, without getting the other one back that FedEx was holding in their possession. Now THAT is great customer service!

Received bottle of vodka with a loose wrapper. When we placed the bottle in the freezer overnight a part of the bottle was frozen - clearly tampered with.When trying to connect with customer service - ZERO response. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!

I ordered from Nestor Liquors using online method. It was very complicated! I ordered 6 small bottles of Captain Morgan Spiced Rum. Their shipping rate of $77.09 is outrageous and I must have been nuts to go on further with my order!! And my card has already been charged $185.03 and I dont know where my order stands!! Dont understand why it is taking so long to have it delivered by FedEx?? The tracking number I received is incorrect so I cant track my purchase. I could go on and on and I will never order from them again.... Need I say more.

This guy charges 10X retail on some bottles, and when he’s called out about it online he responds with the hashtag #liquorstorelivesmatter ... when he has hundreds of thousands of dollars of liquor on his shelves (according to his pricing). Not classy, not cool. Don’t shop here.

So I recently purchased online a bottle of vodka, got it delivered, but it wasnt the bottle I ordered, the bottle I ordered ,I paid 59.99 for the bottle they sent me was a 24.99 bottle.

Terrible customer service. I needed to change an order and they will not return an email, messenger or answer their phone. There is no way to amend an online order either. DO NOT purchase from this business.
