Great selection of beverages and Liberty Station is an all around place. Many different options from Peruvian food, Korean BBQ, Mexican food, and many more. Great place to visit and hangout with friends and family.

No fuss, in and out service with great food and a wide variety of food to choose from. They sold bottles of mead too, so we took those to go. The staff was friendly. We went in the middle of november during covid times and it was pretty busy. We sat outside to drink our beer and eat our food. It was kind of a struggle on a Saturday afternoon, we had to wait to find a seat. It was a fun experience, definitely could have ate the whole little mall. They had vendors of other items too, very street fair vibes.

Always an interesting selection of sours, ciders, northwest ales, local newbies...I couldnt recommend this place any higher for a Saturday evening stopover. The relaxed, unpretentious park setting is San Diego at its best.

Great selection of craft beers and gifts for friends that enjoy the art of brewing. Located in the beer garden area of Liberty Station Public Market . Great place to stop and a have a beer while you’re enjoying food from the local food shops. Highly recommend to anyone passing through this area or visiting.

I love beers and this place offers my favorite selection of obscure craft beers on draft (24) with respectable ABVs in 4, 8 & 16 oz! All within the fun filled hallways of the indoor Liberty Public Market.

Cool little place for really good craft beer. Something like 25 different craft beers on tap? It’s Inside the old Mess Hall at Liberty Station... lots of history in these walls. Pretty much just bar sitting with the exception of the communal tables as well. Cool little Mercado inside to go walk around and grab some food. Bartenders were professional and friendly providing great customer service.

Beer was great, food was good. The female manager (I assume) was extremely rude, talked down to our group. Won’t be going back again.

I made eye contact with the bartender. She got the order of the person sitting next to me and took her card, but never came back to get my order. The male bartender was also inattentive. I walked out when I saw him chatting at the end of the bar, while the female was serving everyone else but me. I won’t be coming back for beer, but the food options at Liberty Station are amazing.

Great place to try something new on tap or something new to take home. I like that you can take just one bottle or can even if your breaking up a 6 pack. Some places beat them on price but very few beat them on selection.

Great selection of craft beers that can not be beat (24 usually on tap). Beertenders know their stuff inside and out. Ask them about the hops, aging, color, flavor, whatever-they have definitive answers delivered in a friendly manner that make sense. Not some half-assed b.s. or I dont know. Besides the daily drafts, they have numerous selections in their cooler aisle (many that are impossible or very difficult to find elsewhere). Plus all types of food are a one minute walk from the bar area.

Usually all my experiences at Liberty Station are great ones but unfortunately thats not the case this time and one employee at BottleCraft. It was around 12 in the afternoon when I get to BottleCraft wanting some Boochcraft. I asked the gentleman there if they had any on tap. He answered me yes its number 6. I didnt bother to check the list they offered it just seemed easier to ask since they have a large selection of drinks on tap. I order the number 6 and ask for the 06 oz. and later change it to a 08 oz.To be honest I am too familiar with how big a 08 oz. so I asked him how big is it compared to the 16 oz. He point at the 08 oz (was half way of a cup) at this point was when things got rude, he made a face at me and said if a 08 oz. is here (half way) then a 16 oz. is a full cup. I told him let me have a full cup. I ignored the face gesture cause it did seem like a obvious thing for a cup to be 16 oz.Its time to pay and he tells me the cost. I hand him my card and he gives it back to me with a receipt to sign. Usually there is a area where you can leave a tip on the receipt if you feel the service provided deserves a tip. Up to this point I didnt feel like the services deserved a tip. If I ordered a cocktail yes I always tip for those, if the place had been really busy yes I would have tip or if he had gone out of his way in a more helpful attitude to help me understand the oz servings I would had tip. I wrote no tip and marked the total price on there. When the server saw I put no tip before I had time to sign it he tells me yeah i figured. At this point I thought what rude comment to make to someone as they fill out the receipt. It caught me off so I forgot to sign the paper and give it back to him. He then made another comment and I believe he said are you going to sign it or just leave it as is while making a face again. I decided to play off like I didnt see his attitude cause it didnt seem worth arguing over it for a tip. I signed it and walked away.Overall it was a unpleasant experience and hope the guy doesnt make comments to anyone who doesnt tip.

This is a review of the staff not selection of beer. The beer selection is good, in fact, great! The bartenders are terrible. They ignore you until they feel like coming over when clearly they were not doing anything before they saw you. Happens regularly, I work in Liberty Station and have been here numerous times over the last year and got the same basic vibe.Today the bartender interrupted my order to ask for my ID and then poured a beer at a size they picked because, I guess, it doesnt matter what size I want? Its a joke to be a bartender at a tourist trap and act like you are in some cool dive and dont need to give good service. It is not an inconvenience to speak with a customer instead of unpacking stock. Both things are part of the job. So frustrating how customer service doesnt exist but premium prices sure do!I waited more than a year of coming here before I put this up because I hoped it was just random kinda bad day for the bartender thing but its not. Its gotta be the training or just no accountability. Ive sat and overheard the bartender loudly complain about how people dont leave tips also. What could be less professional letting off steam about work at work? Again, this is not a dive bar, its in a food court of a tourist trap. Higher some people with customer service mindset and youll get less negative reviews.
