Great little bead store with excellent pricing. I will return for sure!

Definitely a bit on the higher end, but you get what you pay for! Always a beautiful selection of unique goods, and trunk shows. I recently went to the pure copper trunk show and you got gorgeous quality for a reasonable price.

Bead Cellar carries an extensive collection of high quality beads, charms, findings and tools. Among their collection are Tierracast; which are topnotch and not too easy to find in great supply. Lovely little place, so much to see but not overwhelmed by it. Owner really helped me find what I needed for my projects and showed me a great bracelet kit. I bought the kit and made the most beautiful gift with it.

Love this place!! Ive just started getting back into beading and Donna has everything Ill need. And I love the kits she does because as much as I love to bead, I can never come up with my own ideas.

THE WORST customer service ever. The owner is rude. I ordered some stuff and the color of the product was way off when she got them in the store. I told her that these colors would not work for me (I said it nicely) and told her that I couldnt pay for those. She then said she will never sell or take orders from me right into my face. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. There are other nice beads shops here in San Diego that treat you like a human being. She was never nice to me over the phone either (I called 3-4 times prior to this incident). VERY disappointed that I purchased from her once before!!! Wish I could return all of these to this shop.

This place was wonderful. I had to call everywhere looking for a beading loom and they were the first ones to have one. The sales associates were very friendly and helpful. They gave me suggestions on my threads and beads to start weaving with then left me to shop at my leisure. 10/10 will come again.

Good quality merchandise, excellent customer service, but tends to run on the pricey side. Paid doubled for clasps that I had purchased at another specialty bead store.

I love this store. I went in as a stranger and easily became part of the herd. It is so much fun and educational! The owner, Donna, will always bend over backwards to help me even with the simplest request. The teachers that I know are really professional and organized.Whenever I feel the need of bead there is no other store in SoCal I would go to. Thanks for being there Bead Cellar. Love this store! No matter how busy the staff is, Im always greeted with a smile and offered help. They have an array of selections that I can only find there. The prices are fair and the quality is great. The staff is always willing to help and offer suggestions.

Staff are really lovely & helpful! Stock leans more towards the mainstream but has a few unique preface items. Cost is norm for a small bead shop.

Love this bead shop! The staff is very helpful if you want help, but will also let you browse undisturbed. They give a nice variety of classes.....some free if you buy the supplies there. Theres plenty of parking.

I have been in this store twice in the last two weeks and have been very impressed with the lovely ladies that work in this shop. No, they do not have the best selection in town, but the ladies that work there and the help they willingly provide makes up for that for a novice like me. I had two projects I wanted to do and had no idea how to get started - a staff member (different staff members on separate days) on both separate projects helped me think the projects through, offering tips and suggestions to improve the final product. Yesterday, we were in there to get the fixings for a couple of friendship bracelets for my daughter to make for her friends and ended up with an unexpected impromptu lesson on macrameing - start to finish. My 9-year-old is now whipping those out with little effort and much confidence. Thank you to Frannie in particular for yesterday and the other two great ladies that helped with that (sorry, I missed your names!) and getting the necklace made for my older daughter. We highly recommend this shop.

Good selection, lots of loose beads, Gem Stones and findings. Good selection of Swarovski Crystal and not overpriced! Well organized so it isnt overwhelming. Friendly and helpful staff. 2 hr. drive was worth it!

I love this store! The owner and staff are always cheerful and friendly. The store has a wide range of seed beads, Swarovski crystals, etc. Their classes are always fun and informative and now Ana Garcia is teaching there.
