I arrived at my hotel and my mobility scooter was waiting for me at the desk. Reserving was a breeze and I got a reassuring confirmation the day before my arrival. I can’t begin to tell you the difference having a scooter made to my conference experience. I was able to easily navigate the large hotel grounds, visit all the vendor booths, stop and socialize, and ride my scooter wherever I needed to go. No more struggling slowly in pain trying to get around with my cane or walker. Thank you Cloud of Goods!

Fantastic company. Wheelchair was delivered exactly on time and was spotless and in perfect order. I had given a different hotel for collection and had to change it and the online chat helpline sorted this out with no fuss at all. I would certainly use them again.

Could not be happier. This scooter is awsome and has a wonderful battery life. In addition the arrival came on time and they should me everything on how it worked and broke down in addition I forgot the pick up time because I was at my mothers birthday. But not to worriy the wonderful gentleman waited for me and was extremely understanding. I would rent from them again in a heartbeat. One of the best companies I have ever worked with
