Excellent item, quick shipping! Only criticism is that there were no installation instructions included. Note on box listed web site to download instructions, but the site required a paid subscription to download a PDF. Very disappointing!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. Be patient when you get here as sometimes there is a wait plus they have to answer the phone. They will order your parts if they dont have it in stock. Takes about two days to get it. Best time to go is in the afternoon, seems they are the least busy then.

Friendly helpful/staff but they could use a few more. When i try and call and select retail sales i never get through. It puts me on hold and then eventually I get a inbox. Ive left messages before and no one ever calls me back. What i found does work to get me through to someone, is if i dont select an option for retail or wholesale and after waiting and be re-prompted for awhile it will go through to someone working in the parts department. Also when you show up, expect to wait at least 15-20 min. Ive never been in and out of this place in less than that, when i just go there to pick up an order. Even when there is only one person ahead of me (which is usually the case) it takes time for them to help them and they get interrupted with phone calls, that take forever as they look up orders, parts, etc...

A week after I placed this order, I still do not have my order. Unreliable shipping method.

Send many emails to subaru parts to make sure I was ordering the right item for my car even gave vin #, cause I didnt want to get the wrong part and have to go though sending back etc, I was told that it was the right part, well got part NOT the right part, so got ahold of them again they told me to send back which I didnt want to have to go though that from the beginning and the person assured me that I would get full refund including shipping cost cause I made sure I asked I have every single email saying all this, well again didnt get full refund so again I called and sent another email, now I get a email sending me the policy of the company why I wouldnt get the full refund, DONT buy from them they rip you off and dont back up there business or what their people say to their customers I WILL NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN

Parts were fairly priced, arrived promptly and in excellent condition.

Parts clerk wouldnt listen when I said the exact year, make, model, sub model of my car and told her every detail she needed, to find the part number for brakes. Still was a hassle. Then tried charging me $60 for the brake hardware (4 shims, and 4 heat pads that you can literally pop off the old pads by hand).The only reason I came to get pads is because the aftermarket pads do not fit properly on the 17 Impreza.
