They were amazing!! they fixed my ac which was under warranty but my skid plate that was dragging which was probably my fault they repaired for free! really took the stress off this issue i was having!

Service reps are good. Some of the wait times seem a bit much, however, they were right on schedule with the time given and offered one way transportation instead of asking us to wait the whole time. Angel helped us.

I have mixed feelings. The people working were pretty surly and matter-of-fact, and seemed to not want to answer my questions. I waited for about 3 hours for an oil change, even though I had an appointment. Also, they tried to charge me 700 dollars for spark plug replacement and valve adjustment, which i know I dont need. However, they did wash my car before returning it to me, which was very sweet. I will likely not be returning unless theres a warranty issue.

The lady doing the contract added hidden charges to the contract without telling us, also the car was supposed to be in good condition with tune up done ,but broke 2 months after we bought it and it was related to parts that were supposed to be changed in the tune up. She said not to worry to try to refinance with another bank, but it turned out she made us signed a paper stating only 72 hours to refinance :0 bad experience.

DHC Honda was great. I just experienced a very irritating visit with Honda of El Cajon, Ca. Anthony here at DHC was able to help me out and get my car serviced in a timely manner. Unfortunately that is something Honda of El Cajon is not capable of doing.

Made an appointment but still took a long time I get it others in need too but you would think you’re a priority if you made an appointment. Other than that, great service!

This dealer always try to overcharge on services. Very unprofessional and unreliable. You will not be seening me again and I will be sure to spread the news to family and friends to stay away from this location.
