I went in for a quote and within 1.5 hours I had a new windshield for a fraction of the cost anywhere else.The guy at the checkout counter had the best sense of urgency and customer service you can get.This was for a 2014 Silverado 1500!$320 for labor and materials.Plus I get a 1 year warranty!I will be going back for window tint when their facility move is complete!Love this place.

Broadway glass (Now Heritage) is a go to if you need a window or windshield repaired or replaced. Ruben(new owner) took care of both on my lincoln Aviator at a competitive price.. Technicians are knowledgeable and they have a great team.. Even if there are problems, he will go the right way to remedy the issue ( accidental broken glass by tech). I recommend seeing them before the dealer..

Talked to a few vendors before broadway who said they wouldn’t be able to get my Jeep windshield for weeks. Broadway was able to setup a replacement within a day. Walked in last minute abs they had my window replaced in 30 minutes. Amazing price, very kind and curtious, the quality of work was perfect. I checked out other places and they wanted upwards or $550+ and would have had me wait 3 days. Not these guys!! $75 for labor and 30 min later and I was outa there. Thanks guys!!!

DO NOT USE:Jessie came out to repair my windshield on my 2016 Optima. The problem is they put wrong shield in and it would not hold the review mirror. Jessie came out to mount my mirror back on. HOWEVER, he took my factory mirror without my consent or knowledge and replaced it with universal mirror. Now my 30k car has a $3.00 rearview mirror in it.In my efforts to resolve the matter, I have been communicating with someone who claims to be the owner who now says, they can not assist me because there is no record of them servicing my car. Unbelievable! There is more, I will generate another review highlighting additional reasons you SHOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I stopped by broadway auto glass to get a quote for a windshield replacement on my tacoma, they had it in stock for a very reasonable price and able to put it on right away. I left my truck there and got a ride to home depot with my brother. These guys were so quick and professional they had my windshield replaced before I paid for my merchandise at the store. Could not be happier with the service.
