Professional and polite service. They were flexible with appointment time. Work was done quickly and they were able to fix a deep chip in my windshield. Some other auto glass shops kept trying to convince me to replace the windshield since my insurance would cover it. I didnt appreciate that upsale. Auto Glass Specialists were a lot more honest and they do work with insurance companies in case if you do have that coverage.

Being a single working mom, my time is very limited. The auto glass specialist came to my work and took care of everything for me. I wanted to cried because I felt so cared for and they made the whole purpose simple and quick. Great job!!!

I was on a family trip to the Grand canyon and a large rock hit my windshield causing a deep chip in my windshield. I returned to San Diego and called Auto Glass Specialists the next day, I wanted to get it repaired as quick as possible for fear of it spreading and costing me a new windshield. Tom had his guy out to my work a couple hours later. He was extremely professional and very polite. The windshield was repaired and they saved me from the cost of a new windshield. I highly recommend Tom and all of his guys.

Tom and his team went above and beyond to make sure my windshield was properly replaced. They went out of their way to find the right piece of glass that would look best on my Mercedes. They explained the process in detail and answered all my questions with competence. Their friendly and professional customer service exceeds their competitors. I wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else!

One call and my windshield was replaced the same day. Fit and finish was great. I couldnt tell the difference from the Ford factory and what AGS did. Ill be back after the next rock off the 52 takes out my windshield - again.

This place is amazing - if i could give 6+ stars, I would. The customer service is absolutely phenomenal! The president of AGS, Tom, is super friendly and approachable. The office manager, Marisa, is a complete doll-super quick and helpful. I had a break in on my car, where someone smashed my passenger window, and she was able to squeeze me in with their highly skilled glass specialists, same day. They did an amazing job, cleaned ALL of the glass out of my car (even in the little nooks and crannies), quickly replaced my window, and it was all affordable. I’ve had my windows tinted by Anthony as well, who re-tinted the replacement window before installation. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it! 10/10 will go again, and recommend to everyone. I’m so happy with this place, I won’t go anywhere else for my auto glass needs. Don’t bother going anywhere else!

My moms windshield cracked and was leaking really bad from the previous company that installed her windshield. I contacted Auto Glass Specialist as I was referred to them from Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet. First of all, Marissa the girl who answered the phone was so professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! After talking to her, regardless of price I knew I would use this company. Their price was very competitive and knowing a large dealership referred me, I would have no problem. They came the next day, the installer was amazing. He was on time, let me know when he was on way and got it done quickly. Will definitely use this company again! A+ from beginning to end.

The best! We had a new windshield installed by Colton. His skill and attention to detail are truly rare these days. He even noticed that the bracket holding the battery in place had come loose and then gave me a wrench to tighten it! Truly great service.

These guys have helped me twice. Once when a rock hit my window and again when my car was broken into. They came to me at work so I didn’t have to take time off. Excellent service! We have used Auto Glass Specialists (AGS) many times over the last 20 years. We keep returning because we always receive friendly, prompt, thorough & courteous service from Tom & his team. Every. Single. Time! They are so awesome, they even coordinate with our auto insurance & come to us! Our experiences with AGS include windshields, side windows that wouldn’t roll up/down & an automatic sunroof that took a large rock through it while driving down the freeway! Don’t go anywhere else. Really nice people that were recommended by my mechanic. Two days later it winds up the appointment didnt get in the system and they quoted me on the wrong windshield. Their quote on the correct windshield was significantly higher than Allstar and while the owner was apologetic he didnt offer to meet their price. We all have bad days, but pretty unprofessional and a waste of my time. Allstar comes out tomorrow. Oh well.

I was in a tough spot...they assisted in contacting my insurance company! They came out and cleaned up the broken glass, replaced my glass...it was seamless! Id recommend to my friends and family!
