This was our first time shipping a vehicle cross country. Mike made our experience pleasant and simple. Within minutes of our first contact, Mike had arranged for our vehicle to be picked up the following day. The driver called the next morning and arranged pick up. We met in a parking lot close to our home and the driver was kind enough to drop me back at my home. Our initial understanding was that the vehicle would be delivered in approximately 7 days. We are in Chicago and were experiencing extreme weather, so the 7 days turned into 9, but Mike was always available for us to communicate any concern. The vehicle arrived in California dirty (as expected!) but in very good condition. Total experience - the price was right - Mike was caring and an excellent communicator - the trucking company did it’s job to the best of their abilities while dealing with poor weather conditions. I never shipped anything like a car before, and I was very hesitant about doing it. The driver arrived, thoroughly inspected the vehicle and off it went. One week later, the car arrived from California to Vermont, a little dirty but in perfect condition. the car will be driven back for the summer and most likely will be shipped back to Vermont for his senior year. My order # was 1037036 and Felicia helped me. She was a great contact - very informative and communicative. She always responded to texts and calls and she even set up a 3-way call between the the transporter, herself and me at one point.However, the company that actually shipped the car, ILM Transportation, was incredibly late. They said they would deliver the car on a Friday, then that Friday they said it would be Monday or Tuesday. Then on Monday they said it would be Tuesday, morning -afternoon (very large window!). Tuesday at 4pm I called and they said between 9-10pm that night. At 7pm I got a call that said it would be 10am Wed morning. Then on Wed they did not arrive until 12:30pm. It was incredibly frustrating and hard to manage with schedules - just FYI for others. The car was in good condition when it finally arrived.

Nor sure if this is the broker or who they contracted. Broker was ok to work with. Lot of canned responses when I really wanted an answer but they triedThe people they contracted to pick up? Well. Ok when picked up, but when dropping off broker called and told a date. My daughter who was receiving car is in chiropractic school and took the day off as they said would be there sometime. Well all sometime passed on friday when they finally called again tonsay not delivering until Saturday.
