If you want a Polaris Rzr you found the place: The customer service, pricing and quality beats every other shop/dealer in Southern California. Like other reviewers stated, they treat you like family. Dan, Lee, Tanya, Megan, Wheeler and their entire crew is awesome! They built an insane XP4 1000 tailored to me, for thousands less than a half-built car at other places.I knew little about Rzrs and stopped in here to look. Dan spent nearly 2 hours with me going over everything about them and never once tried to pressure me into buying anything. I went back a week later and ordered a 4 seater build. Lee and Tanya worked with me about what aftermarket parts I should get for my type of riding and budget. Plus they were completely upfront about the price of every single item, from the actual Rzr down to the light switch toggle, no hidden fees or BS like every other dealer.Two days after I ordered my 4 seater build I went to the Sand Sports Super Show at the OC fairgrounds. I walked that entire show and the price I paid out the door for my 2018 Rzr was cheaper than every show special I saw.When I picked up my finished build Wheeler spent half an hour with me doing a full walk through and going over everything, from break-in procedure, service, maintenance, operation, etc etc. All the toys Ive bought Ive never had a dealer do an in-depth walk through like that.The service you receive here is beyond outstanding and them having the best prices in SoCal is just icing on the cake.

I put my info to be contacted about a RZR 1000 XP 4 and Lee called. She answered ALL my questions over the phone and gave me an upfront price. All the other dealers around SD area would not give me that info. My wife and 2 crazy kids went in to look and they were all very accommodating. Felt no pressure to buy, answered my questions, and enjoyed just being there along with my kids. So we decided to buy. Prices are outstanding and upfront. They dont have the crazy ADM additional dealer markup like EVERY other place does. Lee did great with the paper work, Dan was awesome with questions and information and Fred did a very through walk through with us. Unfortunately, my rzr had a hick up due to lack of detail (from Polaris) and I called Dan and he told me to bring it right in. Dan assured me it would be taken care of and not to worry about a thing. First time Ive been to a dealer and felt like I would be taken care. Highly recommend this place. They really do make you feel like a part of the Ivan Stewart family.

Total waste of my time. I called for help on Sat shortly after opening hours. Owner answered said hed call back. Waited. Drove to store. 30 minutes later in his store, from his desk, the owner acknowledged we had entered the store and said he would be right out. My wife said be patient. We waited five more minutes and and he made eye contact and said again he would be right out. It looked like he was on his computer. We waited 5 more minutes and walked out of the store. Best example of poor service Ive ever experienced. Cant return a phone call and then when I drive to the store, with no explanation he wouldnt greet us or get off his ass to sell us a vehicle. I think we should support our local businesses but not if this is how a customer is treated. ZERO STARS

Ivan Stewart Motorsports took the time and effort to assist and answer any questions on my purchase of a Mid-size Ranger 570. My final decision making process took over three weeks and Dan never once used any pressure or psychological ploys to make a sale. They respectfully take the time to make sure you are comfortable with your decision. I visited four other UTV dealers in San Diego. Only Ivan Stewart Motorsports never push and push to make a sale. I called many dealers to purchase a new XP4 1000. These guys were super easy to deal with and gave me a great price, made the entire deal over the phone. I arrived at their dealership signed the paper work did a walk around and orientation. I was in and out with the new unit in less than 1 hour with no surprises or added fees. Made it worth the drive from 400 miles away. Thank you Roger and Dan, I will see you next time I need a new one!!!

We drive from Menifee to take our RZR here. Why? Because they have certified Polaris mechanics, honest work, best deals around, great customer service, come as a customers leave as family

They do a good job. Dan is a good guy. Lee is very helpful. And Ivan is a pimp.

No price tags marked on any vehicles. No sale prices to be seen. I emailed Lee several times and had to wait until the next day for a response. My friend had some wiring done on his car and it looked like a 12 year old did it. My friend asked me to fix it and I rewired it for him. Showroom is small and not well merchandised. Poor selection on helmets and gear. Disappointed with my experience by far. Sorry, but I prefer MotoWorld in El Cajon for DEALS and SELECTION.

Purchased my new Polaris RZR Fox Edition from Ivan Stewart Motorsports today. The whole experience was just excellent. I pre-ordered this model nearly a month ago, and was given a call today to tell me it was in. I checked it out and wanted it--bad! I asked them to give me their best price. This is not my first off road vehicle purchase. I figured they would shoot me some ridiculous price of MSRP plus thousands in freight and set up fees, and then we would go back and forth, but I was pleasantly surprised when he quoted me an out-the-door price that was slightly less than my target price.This is a small operation compared to the mega dealerships in town, but they are big on customer service
