Great selection of movies and TV shows. Found the original poltergeist movie on DVD. It was worth the drive.

Been going to CD exchange since I was a kid. I used to ride my bike to CD Exchange with my friends to get CDs. They are more geared toward DVDs now. Lots of complete TV shows and lots of blue ray at good prices. If you want to polish your movie collection this is a good place to do it.

Cant keep their word. I was told they would call me when an item was input in their system, so could go back and buy it. I didnt get a call back and when I went back the next day. The item was sold!

This store is amazing. They have so many movies, records, and even DVDs of anime series. I got several movies here, and all but one had good quality. The one that didnt play right, like it would glitch at a certain part in the movie and completely skip a small chunk of the movie. It wasnt that big of a problem but it just sucks because it was one of my favorite movies I love to watch and for it to be messed up in any way just makes me a bit upset. However, I still have the disc and I still watch it because I love that movie. Besides that Ill definitely come back for more movies.The way it works in the store is they have all the movie cases out on display but without the disc inside to prevent people from stealing, scratching, or breaking the discs. Then when your ready to buy you bring the case to the register and they have boxes of all the discs and they just put it in the case for you and thats all. Its pretty simple.

Great prices and decent selection. I also love CD Exchange because they have a great rewards program. Service is pretty quick and staff is usually knowledgeable and helpful. And they usually have great music playing on the PA!

They always have the movies that Im looking for at a good price of between five two at the most $7 per disc. And the staff is always friendly as well.

When it comes to the store itself, I havent ever had a bad experience. The staff is knowledgeable and willing to help find what you are looking for. I still purchase CDs, probably one of the few, and the upstairs discount area has a vast inventory. If you are looking for DVDs or video games than you will also find a respectable collection. Parking can sometimes be an issue because of the store location, but it minor.

This is my preffered CD Exchange. They always seem to have what im looking for even if I didnt know what that was to start off with. They also have really fair prices when selling.

They have a decent variety of CDs & DVDs. I have been to most of the SA locations and the Bitters Rd. Location is one of the better ones. Prices are generally very reasonable. There is a problem with parking though; not many close spots. And the CDs have been moved upstairs (probably because they are not as popular as they once were), so they make you exercise for those. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful.

They have there selection in alphabetical order apposed to genre. So unless you are looking for a specific title its set up useless

They dont push you in to buying but they are able too help you with any questions or concerns about the thing they have in there place its a clean and nice in side

One person said it would beat half price book store. And when I went to the store they didnt even offer me close to what half price book store would have. I dont like being played for a fool. So I dont really care for the place. Sorry I just feel this way.

Great Finds Music and Movies!

We have a CD Exchange down the street from us and they didnt have what we were looking for. They called the Bitters and they had exactly what we were looking for. So we drove 30 mins to get to Bitters location just for the guy to tell us Yes we have it but we cant sell it. Need I mind you I am an African American Woman and my husband is too.......so instead of trying to keep our business he pretty much jus said sorry. ITold him we were the ones that called about they movie and we drove a distance for that certain movie.....as he looked like.....o..k..I could tell we werent regular customers and I jus leave because I didnt want to argue with him. I am in customer service and I felt like he treated the black ignorant people. SERVICE IS SUCKY ON SUNDAYS YALL. JUST HORRIBLE

They had what we were looking for, but there was a pretty slim selection. The location is smaller than some of the other ones, but the staff was friendly enough.

Just went in yesterday. Found exactly what I wanted. I needed to double check to make sure my nephew had a Blu-ray player. I asked them could they hold it and the said yes for 24 hours. That was yesterday at 4:00. Went back today at 1 and they sold it. That is just bad business and customer service. Wont be using them again. Very disappointing. That was going to be a Christmas gift!!

Although digital media is quickly sending cds to an early grave, I love stopping by the s exchange for a classic album I have not heard in a while. They also have a good DVD selection for dirt cheap!

Tons to choose from. CDs, DVDs from regular to blu ray to 4K, to video games, you name it. Brought several dvds and got $9 dollars from here. Another guy coming in was also selling and person at counter looked over and rolled eyes lol. Guess it was because we were taking to see what we would get versus buying. Customer service was ok. Looking for a movie or video game, they may have it with the huge selection they have.

Selection was meh, hardly any retro Nintendo stuff. When we went upstairs to look at the CDs the guy followed us up there and literally stalked us like we were about to steal something.

I walked into the store today on San Pedro avenue to sell some of my dvds(which I have NEVER done before). My arms where completely full and I needed to set down what I had and go back to the car to grab more. I came across Roger first who completely ignore me when I asked where I go with them. Keep in mind he saw me because the alarm went off when I came through the door.Since he ignored me very rudely I went further down the counter where there was a much nicer gentlemen who was just about to explain to me what do do when Rogers rudeass chimes in and says, YOU NEED TO BRING THAT DOWN HERE! YOU DONT NEED TO BE WHERE EVERYONES PERSONAL THINGS ARE! I was not aware A that I am thief and B that the side of the counter where you puchase things was where you keep your person belongings. I have been coming in there for about 4 years and every time I have seen this employee, he has been completely rude. Why he has a job is beyond me. I have contacted corporate and I hope karma gets while I am able to watch. Evil ass man!

Not impressed with the amount after taking 28 DVDs

In town visiting from Atlanta and was surprised by the selection and frugal prices. Grabbed a movie I saw on Amazon that went for 44 but purchased here for 10 bucks.

Did not have what I was looking for.
