Not happy with how the financing went at all. I was told a sales price and then after I get home and go through everything the sales price went up. They were so very sneaky how they went about this. Left me feeling taken advantage of!! So be careful if you purchase from them. Make sure your sales price is correct on the form 130U that you sign and goes to the state!

We have seen the Got Trucks logo for some time. Had a few folks buy years ago and they had sub par luck. After they had exactly what we had been looking for, at a decent price, we went ahead and took a chance. During the test drive, we noticed a few issues. They ended up needing parts and a few hours work to make them right. While this does show that their initial trade in inspection process could use some work, overall it was a great experience. Not only did they fix the issue within just a couple days, they gave us a loaner, and had a runner drive our new vehicle all the way to Port Aransas to swap us out. You can’t ask for more than that.

This purchase was our second purchase from American auto brokers. My first purchase was back in 2012 f250 KingRanch, when the business was in the corner. We are 100% satisfied again with our purchase and grateful that we were able to purchase this specific truck we have been looking for. In June, we purchased a Black 2020 GMC Denali. Overall great experience. I brought my truck in to trade it on a car they had listed. The car was less than every comparable car in the area. They gave me a fair trade in offer on my truck. I actually had a better offer to sell it to carmax so I thought about it for a while. I could either support a small business that was easy to work with and bought me lunch (even if I didn’t trade in my truck). Or I could go sell it to carmax for a little more then come back and buy the car I wanted. I chose to support the small business and you should too. You might not get the deal of a lifetime because they do have to make money but at least you can support a good business in your local community.

Saturday May 29, 2021I made the decision to purchase the truck I’ve always wanted which was a GMC Denali 2500. We rolled up to American Auto Brokers on a gamble around 630 pm knowing they closed at 6 pm. We arrived just hoping to see the truck thinking it was a conventional lot. Well when we arrived it was a 💯 different experience then Gunn Selma the dealership we had just left. I saw a young lady taking a picture outside of some customers that had just bought a truck so I asked her if she could help me even though it was Saturday 630 pm and they were suppose to be closed. With no hesitation Janessa said absolutely. Showed her the truck we were interested in and immediately she got on it and did a GREAT JOB! Janessa and the staff stayed there with us till 1130 pm to get the deal done and the whole time even though they had a function to attend and celebrate they never hesitated going above and beyond. Even the young man the celebration was for stayed behind which show the character and quality of employee that American Auto Brokers has. After loosing my husband Jims beloved Tundra in an accident, we began the arduous task of finding a replacement. Jim and I live in the Texas Hill Country. First time using them won’t be my last.The overall experience was very stress free not like my past vehicle buying adventures of pressure by salesmen, long waits to close, and continued contact after my visit.The inventory was of high quality, & far exceeded my expectations making for an easy decision on which vehicle to purchase.The entire staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and very organized.Highly recommend this dealer and Brittany as a sales rep.

This review/post is after the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from American Auto Brokers. Dealerships have a bad wrap with all aspects of the way they run their operation so you owe it to yourself to stop here for a visit.AAB employs good, authentic people who actually have your best interest. If i recall, AAB has been in business for 14 years and a good chunk of their team has been with them 10+ years. What an awesome thing hear…..i dont think employees would last that long if they were on board with their companys missions and goals.When you stop by, ask for JJ. She helped me with every step of the way regarding the specific truck(s) i was after, the test drive and the financing.JJ was on top of her game and myself and my family appreciate that.

I was in the market for a vehicle (truck) came across “Got Trucks” aka American Auto Brokers. Pulled in told them what I was looking for and within 5 minutes was testing driving a 2500 Power Wagon 2020 very low mileage. Came back and Ms Brittany literally took charge and got us taken care of total time maybe 2 hours but that’s cause of all the signing of documents. Overall if your looking for straight to the point no Hegel business come check these guys out their entire team is professional and if they don’t know they will find out and provide a answer.
