Kevin and Cameron are the most helpful dudes you could possibly hope to deal with. They are very knowledgeable and are committed to helping you get the best product to accomplish your job. This is the only place I go to get my window cleaning supplies. They always greet me with a smile and make me feel like I’m a valued human being not just a customer.

I regularly go into this store to get supplies. I have visited other supply stores throughout the valley. However, I can tell you 100% this is the best store out there. They have a great selection, great prices, and the best customer service. Come here and he will be disappointed.

This is the only shop in Utah that I can get a wide variety professional window cleaning gear and products! and what’s great is his pricing is always cheaper or the same price as what I can get an item online! Cameron greated me immediately as I entered the store and my first impression was how warm and welcoming he was. I explained the problem I was experiencing and he immediately knew what the root cause of the problem was and proceeded to fix it. He unclogged my vacuum while I waited and ensured that it was working properly before returning it to me. He didnt try to upsell or overcharge me. Im impress with the service at this store and highly recommend it to anyone who might need their services.

Im returning to have my Dyson looked at again. My fault i need to have the brush bar adjusted.I enjoyed going into have Mike repair my Dyson. He is very professional and fast. I love the location.I hope he will be here for years to come.

My Kirby vacuum had and issue that wasnt really an issue. Mike took a quick look at it and gave me some honest advice without a charge. I appreciate the service.

I took my vacuum in this morning since it had no suction. Mike told me that I was #10 in line for repairs. I told him no problem since I had another vacuum that still worked. Surprisingly, he called me this afternoon and told me that my vacuum was ready for pick up and there would be no charge!!! I was so excited. I went in immediately to pick up and asked him how he had fixed it. He showed me a ballpoint pen that he had worked 30 minutes to dislodge. Super nice, friendly, professional, and FAST! Loved it! Mike and the friendly lady at the front counter made my Thanksgiving holiday. Im really grateful for their kindness! Ill be bringing my business back to them again!

The owner took the time to troubleshoot what was seemingly not an issue (as the Dyson customer service team had come to think) and identified a simple fix. It seemed the hose assembly on my vacuum should have had more spring to help the vacuum retain proper position while in use. The issue wasnt in the standard 5 points of troubleshooting a typical customer service agent had at their disposal. I appreciate him listening to my description and recreating the issue at his shop. When Im in the market for a new vacuum, I will return for guidance.Additional Info:I read the reviews on Google and noticed the owner had responded to the only negative criticism he had. I value that kind of response and chose his store over other larger/closer stores.

Brought my vacuum in for a repair, the owner was very helpful. He was able to look at it right away, and because it was a simple fix he fixed it on the spot. Clean shop, helpful staff, will go back.

My Dyson animal vac had lost suction, I was about to completely give up on it when I took it to Mike, he took a look at it, and 10 minutes later he found a clog in one of the tubes. He vacuumed it out free of charge, and my vacuum has worked like new ever since. Anytime i have issues with any vacuum, or if anyone else needs a repair I would strongly recommend The Cleaning Supplier.

Michael Fay was an amazing help. Not only did he quickly fix the problem but he was knowledgeable and showed how to prevent the problem in the future. I recommend him and this shop for all repairs and needs.

My husband and I went to get a new vacuum and completely loved the one on one service we got from the owner of the store. He gave us great advice on how to keep the filter clean so we wouldnt have to come back and keep buying new filters. Will shop again.

I was advised by Dyson to take my vaccuum in need of repair to the Cleaning Supplier. I was expecting to be without my Dyson for 7-10 days (which is a long time with kids and a dog!), but Mike fixed it on the spot while I waited. I was in and out of there in no more than 20 minutes. Excellent service! My vaccuum was under warranty, but I would have gladly paid for this great service!

I have a very old Kenmore canister that needed a new belt, TCS was able to order it for me and when I tried to put it on it didnt seem to fit properly. I asked TCS to look at it and they were able to fix the problem plus put on a new light no charge.

Owner helped me to know which chemicals and supplies to buy in order to do a satisfactory window cleaning job. Been there multiple times.

Took my carpet cleaner there to be repaired. They kept it a week. Didnt even look at it. Told me carpet cleaners arent worth fixing. Could have told me that on my first visit.
